Application Of Pentacam In Secondary Glaucoma With Ocular Trauma

Objectives Assess Pentacam method is applied to measure the levels of ocular trauma secondary glaucoma causes,and compared the ultrasonic biological microscope,B chao deng routine inspection methods and Pentacam contrast in ocular trauma secondary glaucoma diagnosis,to explore the Pentacam method in ocular trauma secondary glaucoma in the clinical application value.Methods From December 2016 to December 2017 in tangshan eye hospital,through the visual acuity,slit-lamp examination,fundus examination,intraocular pressure measurement and visual field testing after definite diagnosis of traumatic secondary glaucoma patients,a total of 90 cases with 90 eyes.The pathogenesis of glaucoma was diagnosed by using corner mirror,B ultrasound,UBM and Pentacam,and the diagnosis rate was detected by Pentacam.In addition,by using UBM as the standard,the sensitivity and specificity of Pentacam to the depth of the anterior chamber were calculated.Results Compared with ultrasound and gonioscope,Pentacam and UBM can effective accurately to make the etiological diagnosis of traumatic secondary glaucoma,including notably in the effect of compound on the etiology of glaucoma diagnosis.Both on the pathological condition assessment of anterior chamber,remove the lens subluxation,Pentacam in hyphema,adhesion,back corner corner,lens dislocation and diagnosed with vitreous hernia rates are slightly higher than that of UBM,but no significant difference in diagnosis of lens subluxation,UBM diagnosis effect is slightly better than Pentacam method.Pentacam could not replace UBM in the diagnosis of rust/copper rust,ciliary body foreign body and implantable iris cyst.In addition,there are significant differences between the two detection values in the anterior chamber depth detection.Conclusions The diagnosis results of Pentacam in ocular trauma secondary glaucoma are highly consistent with UBM,with high sensitivity and specificity,showing the good prospect of this method in this field.However,due to the limitation of detection principle,Pentacam could not replace UBM in the diagnosis of certain lesions,and the two should be used clinically.
