purpose and meaning:To observe the efficacy of pulsed radiofrequency ablation and nerve block in patients with postherpetic neuralgia,and to provide a reference for the effective treatment of refractory postherpetic neuralgia and to explore and compare the effects of pulsed radiofrequency and nerve block therapy Effectiveness and security.Methods:90 patients with refractory postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups,among them,45 cases of nerve block group(control group),will be based on conventional drug therapy,nerve block treatment;pulsed radiofrequency group(study group)45 cases,based on conventional drug therapy,pulsed radiofrequency treatment.1.The age,sex,duration of illness,comorbidities,and before treatment,resting VAS score,onset VAS
