With the further deterioration of the doctor-patient relationship,coupled with some of the medical coverage,let people for the doctor this noble occupation instantly filled with doubts,the original Xuanhujishi "angel" image instantly collapsed and turned into the hearts of the people mercenary "devil" image.It is precisely because of some bad reports of the media that the image of doctors has been greatly damaged,and the sensitivity of the fragile doctor-patient relationship has been further sensitized.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the media's image construction of the doctor.Based on this,this thesis chooses this topic,using text analysis and content analysis,to explore specific doctor-patient disputes between doctors and patients in the news samples,sample reports to the doctor-patient relationship words as the minimum unit of analysis,explore the sample reports on the meta element characteristics,such as vocabulary,length,genre,text the position and orientation,in order to fully explore the paper of doctor patient characteristics and change trend of reported relationship framework and find out the reporting framework,existing problems,and then proposes the corresponding improvement strategy.Through the study of this paper,the following conclusions are obtained.A report from the current situation,the three mainstream media on the doctor-patient relationship,doctor image and other related events,you can know the medical incidents increased,the more length and quantity of reports,descriptive text is also more attention,and the quantity is the largest;from the "healthy times" of the situation,strengthen the reports some subjective color;from the "Southern Metropolis Daily",the report of neutral position to look at the problem more,followed by the propaganda doctor's positive image,negative reports decreased,the mass media as a social "radar",a profound impact on our lives,in this process,the media will often take we attention to certain problems or disputes,this guide is media agenda setting.Two,media reports showed the image can be roughly classified into four categories:respectively doctor,disease prevention staff medical image,"still"-Xuanhujishi "angel" image,"taking medicine" mercenary "devil" image,"the medicine"-patients "bear grievances" image.Three,under the perspective of media image doctor construction which has a series ofproblems,such as doctors and industry level uneven,reported the title of the party,the distortion phenomenon is serious,lack of follow-up reports,the aphasia and negative coping,non rational network of public power is too large;for the media to exist some problems in the construction of the image of the doctor.From the deepening of medical system reform,the report content to maintain objective reality,strengthen the follow-up reports,the attention of communication and propaganda to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests,rational view of problems to improve the shortcomings of the media image construction of the doctor.
