The high temperature is a common disastrous weather.Anhui province suffers frequent high temperature disasters in summer.In recent years,the frequency of continuous high temperature and extreme high temperature is increasing,which brings great potential harm to the social economy and people's health in the whole province.Therefore,it is more important to study the temporal and spatial distribution of high temperature disasters in Anhui and the influence of high temperature on the heatstroke events of the residents.The article is based on the meteorological data of the daily maximum temperature ?35?of 16 local meteorological stations in recent 30 a between 1987 and 2016 from Anhui province.Using Excel and Fortran software,high temperature days were extracted.The linear trend method,moving average method,accumulative anomaly method,M-K test method and ArcGIS interpolation method were used to analyze the time series of the high temperature and the spatial distribution of high temperature.Secondly,according to the 3149 cases of heat stroke cases data of Anhui province for a total of 7a in 2010-2016 years,correlation of high temperature within the province and the number of heat stroke group and degree of heat stroke,thus to prevent heat stroke prepared for measures for the province's residents.It is also important to the sustainable and stable development of social economy in the province.The main results of this paper are as follows.(1)For the interannual distribution of high temperature,high temperature days of recent 30 a changed between 5.2-36.9d/a.The overall trend was increasing significantly,with an average increase of 2.37d/10 a.Low-grade high temperature days varied between 5.1-30.4d/a,and the average increase was 1.23d/10 a.Moderate high temperature days varied between 0.1-16.9d/a,and the average increase was 1.03d/10 a.The number of severe high temperature varied at 0-0.25d/a,and the overall interannual variation was small.The average increase was 0.1d/10 a.Especially after the extreme high value occurred in 2013,the number of severe high temperature days increased in recent 5 years.There was a significant increase in the interdecadal distribution of high temperature days,with an average range of 31.4d/10 a.In twentieth Century,the number of high temperature days at 80 s was the lowest,and the number of high temperature days in twenty-first Century was the highest in twenty-first Century.(2)In term of inter-monthly distribution of the extreme high temperature,the high temperature days of the 16 meteorological stations appeared in 5-9 months,and concentrated in 6-8 months.The north of Anhui was concentrated in 6-8 months.The middle part and South Anhui was concentrated in 7-8 months.2013,2003,1988 were the hottest years during the 30 a in the whole province.(3)The number of multi-year average high temperature days in Anhui Province was between 12.5-28.5d/a.The south area of the Yangtze River was a high-risk area of high temperature,and the number of high temperature days in the north of Anhui was relatively few.The distribution of severe high temperature days was irregular in the whole province.Wuhu and Xuancheng in the southeastern Yangtze River belong to the high value area of the province.The number of multi-year average severe high temperature days was all 0.3d/a.(4)In Anhui Province,the longest continuous high temperature days in 1987-2016 moved from northwest to Southeast.The high value centers were in Wuhu and Ma'anshan,where Wuhu reached 30 d in 2013.From the 1987-2016 history of extreme high temperature in the whole province,the extreme high temperature in the whole province is between 40.3-42? in 16 meteorological stations,which all break through 40 degrees.The extreme high temperature and high value of history appear in the south eastern part of the province,of which Ma'anshan is as high as 42?.(5)In the interdecadal spatial distribution of high temperature days in Anhui Province,the number of high temperature days in 20 Century 80 s is the lowest,and it has increased significantly since 21 Century.From the spatial inter-monthly change distribution,the high temperature day in the province first appeared in May,the end of the year was in October,and the 81% of the year was concentrated in 7-8 months,which accounted for 52% in July.The northern part of Anhui Province is concentrated in 6-7 months,accounting for 76% of the whole year,and the middle part and southern in Anhui is concentrated in 7-8 months,accounting for 85%.(6)The heat stroke is closely related to the persistent high temperature in summer,and the number of heat stroke in 2010-2016 of Anhui increases with the increase of the number of high temperature days.In 2016,the number of high temperature days in the province was 24 d,and the number of heat stroke was up to 1200 cases,of which 38 cases were dead.The number of heat stroke increased with the increase of the number of high temperature days in the month.The heat stroke occurred mainly in 5-9 months,concentrated in 7-8 months.In July,the heat stroke was the peak of the residents.(7)The high temperature days are correlation with number of different heat stroke degrees,which passed the 0.01 significance level.The high temperature days had strong correlation with the number of mild heat stroke people,which showed the number of the high temperature days had a great effect on the number of mild heat stroke.Annual extreme highest temperature was correlated with the number of different heat stroke degrees,but the overall correlation was not as high as the high temperature days.Annual extreme highest temperature had strong correlation with the number of mild heat stroke.The correlation coefficient is 0.561,it showed annual extreme highest temperature had effect on the number of mild heat stroke.
