the utilization of health services.Materials and MethodsThe study was conducted for 3-6 year-old preschool children in Shanghai, using a 3-stage stratified random cluster sampling method. The first phase was based on geographic location, using random sampling methods, from the inner ring to the inner ring to the Central and Central to the Central Each area of the outer ring is randomly selected from a total of three areas. The inner ring is Huangpu District, the inner ring to Central is Hongkou District, and the Central to Outer Ring is Yangpu District. The second phase uses random sampling method from each zone.2 kindergartens were randomly selected and 6 kindergartens were randomly selected. In the third stage, according to the class, random cluster sampling method was adopted. One class was selected from each kindergarten, middle class and large class, and each class had 3 classes. Each class will conduct a questionnaire survey of all relevant insiders of all 3-6 years old preschool children in each class.A total of 606 people were investigated and 606 questionnaires were collected, including 564 valid questionnaires, and the questionnaire efficiency was 93.07%.Results and DiscussionThe results of this sample survey showed that 313 of the 564 preschool children aged 3-6 years had caries, accounting for 55.50%.The prevalence of men was 53.02%,slightly higher than that of women, but there was no statistically significant difference. The prevalence rate increases with age,and the 6-year-old child is the highest.3-6 years old preschool children's age, mother's education, whether the children used to have a teat or nipple to sleep at night, children usually eat biscuits / cakes / bread and other sweet dessert frequency, children usually eat candy / chocolate frequency, children usually eat orange juice / Juices such as apple juice have an effect on their caries.Old age, mothers have low education level, children at night often have teats or pacifiers to sleep, children usually eat biscuits/cakes/bread and other sweet desserts, children usually eat candy/chocolate frequency;children usually eat orange juice/apple juice, etc.Preschool children aged 3-6 services. Conclusions and Suggestions(1)The prevalence of dental caries among preschool children aged 3-6 years is high and tends to increase with age.(2)There are many factors influencing the incidence of dental caries in children, but most of them can be controlled by humans and need to cooperate with the family.(3)The educational level of parents is closely related to the incidence of dental caries among preschool children. It is necessary to expand the prevention of caries to parents.(4)Encourage preschool children's oral health behaviors and develop good living habits.
