Clinical Observation Of The Juantong Pill Treatment Efficacy For Tension-Type Headache(Syndrome Of Feng Huo Tan Yu)

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Juantong Pill in treatment of tension-type headache(syndrome of feng huo tan yu),and to evaluate the safety and long-term curative effect of Juantong Pill,and provide a safer and more effective treatment method for the disease.Methods: A total randomized controlled design method was adopted.72 subjects meeting the criteria were numbered according to the order of treatment.The random number table was used to divide the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given oral Juantong Pills,the control group was given oral amitriptyline hydrochloride tablets in 36 cases.Both groups were continuously treated for 4 weeks.Before treatment,one and three month after the end of treatment,observe,record,and evaluate the efficacy.Results:1.The total curative effect comparison: the treatment group of 35 cases,of which9 cases were basically cured,markedly effective in 18 cases,effective in 6 cases,invalid in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 94.29%;33 cases in the control group,of which 4 were basically cured,markedly effective in 13 Cases,effective in 9 cases,invalid in 7 cases,the total effective rate of 78.79%.One and three month after the end of treatment,the effective rates of the two groups were compared,and the P values were all <0.05.The difference in effective rate was statistically significant.It was considered that the curative effect and long-term efficacy of the treatment group were better than that of the control group.2.Comparison the degree,duration and seizure frequency of Headache:P were both <0.05 within the two groups,the difference was statistically significant,both groups were considered to have relief before treatment;Between the two groups,the duration of Headache,P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the two groups had similar effects in shortening the duration of headache;the degree and seizure frequency of Headache,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group had better effects in reducing degree and seizure frequency of headache.3.Comparison of quantitative scores of headache symptoms: The interaction between time and groups treatment factors F=12.794,P<0.05,It can be considered that there is an interaction between the efficacy of the two groups and the time factor.The P value between the two groups was <0.05 in one and three month after the end of treatment.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving headache symptoms and long-term efficacy.4.Comparison of Headache TCM Symptom Scores: The interaction between time and groups treatment factors F=12.092,P<0.05,which can be considered as interaction between the two groups of drug efficacy and time.The P value between the two groups was <0.05 in one and three month after the end of treatment.The difference was statistically significant,It can be considered that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving headache TCM syndrome scores and long-term efficacy.Conclusion:1.Juantong Pill can effectively relieve the degree of headache in patients,reduce the duration and seizure frequency of headache;2.Juantong Pill can relieve the headache TCM symptoms of patients,has a stable long-term efficacy,and is safe and worthy of clinical application.
