Objective: Through the retrieval and review of Chinese and Western medical literature, this paper explores the related problems of hyperuricemia, and selects laboratory indexes representing blood components, blood sugar, blood lipid and liver function, and observe the relationship between hyperuricemia and hyperuricemia, and combine the syndrome integral of blood stasis and hyperuricemia. The collection of data, statistics and evaluation, observation of hyperuricemia and which factors are related to the clinical education for patients with hyperuricemia in time, early prevention of related diseases. Methods: This study selected 76 patients with peripheral vascular out-patient in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine who met the inclusion criteria and accepted the test. The basic information of the subjects was perfected, and the scores of blood uric acid, blood sugar, blood lipid, liver function and blood stasis syndrome were measured, and blood sugar, blood lipid and liver function all belonged to the blood components.Collating the required data, establishing EXCEL table database, and using SPSS19.0 for data statistical analysis. Results: 1 In the cases collected in this study, the age of the fixed stabbing pain in the patients was 30 years old at the age of 30 years old,62 cases, accounting for 81.2%,the most of the 40~49 age groups,29 cases, accounting for 38.2%.2 There was no significant difference in blood glucose between the 2 high uric acid group and the normal uric acid group(P>0.05).There was a statistical difference between the high uric acid group and the normal uric acid group(P<0.05),and there was a statistical difference between the high uric acid group and the normal uric acid group(P<0.05).3 there was a significant difference in blood stasis syndrome scores between hyperuricemia group and normal uric acid group(P<0.05).4 uric acid as a variable, normal uric acid group, uric acid and blood sugar, blood lipids, liver function no statistical difference(P>0.05).5 with uric acid as a variable, there was no statistical difference between uric acid and blood glucose(P>0.05)in high uric acid group(P>0.05),related to TC in blood lipids, and related to ALT in liver function(P>0.05).6 uric acid as variable, uric acid normal group and blood stasis syndrome integral no statistical difference(P>0.05).7 taking urea as variable, there was a significant difference between hyperuricemia group and blood stasis syndrome score(P<0.05).8 high uric acid group, dyslipidemia and blood stasis syndrome scores were statistically different(P<0.05).9 in high uric acid group, the scores of blood stasis syndrome were significantly different from those with abnormal liver function(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1 in this study, the change of uric acid in subjects had no effect on blood glucose.2 in this study, patients with hyperuricemia are more likely to have abnormal blood lipid and liver dysfunction than normal uric acid, indicating that hyperuricemia patients are more likely to have dyslipidemia and abnormal liver function, and the correlation analysis shows that hyperuricidemia is closely related to the abnormal TC index in dyslipidemia and ALT finger in liver function. The abnormity is closely related.3 in this study, hyperuricemia was associated with the integral of blood stasis syndrome, indicating that the higher uric acid, the more serious the blood stasis syndrome.4 in the study, the dyslipidemia in high uric acid, liver function and blood stasis syndrome are correlated, and abnormal blood lipid and liver function are all changes of blood components, suggesting that blood stasis syndrome is more obvious after the change of blood components, thus the relationship between hyperuricemia and blood stasis is found.
