Purpose The purpose is to understand the characteristics of TCM syndromes and blood stasis syndrome before and after gynecological tumor surgery, and analyze the changes of clinical detection indicators to illustrate the correlation between gynecological tumor patients and blood stasis syndrome.Provide an objective theoretical basis for better clinical prevention and treatment of gynecological tumors with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Method1 Investigate the scores of TCM syndromes and blood stasis syndrome of patients with gynecological tumors in our hospital from 2017.10 to 2021.03 before and 2 months after surgery.Using SPSS26.0 to perform frequency analysis, cluster analysis,chi-square test, and nonparametric test on the data, analyze the characteristics and distribution of TCM syndromes of patients with gynecological tumors before and after surgery, and analyze the changes in blood stasis syndrome scores before and after surgery.2 Use SPSS26.0 to analyze the changes of hematological parameters of patients with gynecological tumors in our hospital from 2017.10 to 2021.03 before and 2 months after surgery, including blood routine, coagulation, plasma D-dimer,blood lipids and other related detection indicators.Result1.Cluster analysis results: The TCM syndromes of preoperative gynecological patients with benign tumors are grouped into 4 categories, namely: kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm dampness stasis syndrome, and kidney deficiency and blood Mainly stasis syndrome. The TCM syndromes of postoperative gynecological benign tumor patients are grouped into 5categories,namely: Qi deficiency syndrome, kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,Spleen deficiency,phlegm-dampness syndrome, and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome, with Qi deficiency as the main syndrome. The TCM syndromes of preoperative gynecological malignant tumor patients are divided into three categories, namely:Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, dampheat stasis and kidney deficiency syndrome, with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome being the main one.The TCM syndromes of patients with postoperative gynecological malignant tumors are grouped into 4 categories, namely: spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm dampness stasis syndrome, kidney yin deficiency syndrome, and spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome are the main ones.2.Comparison of blood stasis syndrome scores of patients with gynecological tumors before and after surgery:2.1 The blood stasis syndrome scores of all gynecological cancer patients before and after surgery were compared. The blood stasis syndrome scores after surgery were lower than those before surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.2 Comparing the scores of blood stasis syndrome before and after surgery for gynecological benign and malignant tumors and their proportions: The scores of blood stasis syndrome for benign and malignant tumors in the second month after surgery were lower than before surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The proportion of blood stasis syndrome in benign tumors decreased in 2 months after surgery(P<0.01),and the proportion of blood stasis syndrome in malignant tumors did not decrease significantly in 2 months after surgery(P>0.05),but the proportion of moderate and severe blood stasis syndromes decreased with a difference. It is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.3 Comparison of preoperative blood stasis syndrome scores for gynecological benign and malignant tumors: preoperative blood stasis syndrome scores for malignant tumors were significantly lower than those of patients with benign tumors, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The blood stasis syndrome scores of gynecological benign and malignant tumors after surgery were compared: the blood stasis syndrome scores of malignant tumors after surgery were significantly higher than those of benign tumors, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.4 Compare the blood stasis syndrome scores between the gynecological benign tumor groups:the blood stasis syndrome score of the endometriosis group is higher than that of the myoma group and the benign ovarian tumor group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.005).3.Analyze the hematological parameters of patients with gynecological tumors before and after surgery:3.1 Analysis of hematological parameters of gynecological benign tumors before and after surgery: inflammation,platelet-related indicators, and D-Dimer levels were lower than before surgery in the second month after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemoglobin related indexes were higher than that before operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PT prolonged and INR increased in 2months after operation, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The level of TC decreased in 2 months after operation compared with that before operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.2 Analysis of hematological parameters before and after the operation of gynecological malignant tumors: the inflammation and platelet related indexes decreased in the second month after operation compared with that before operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemoglobin related indexes were higher than that before operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in coagulation-related indexes and D-Dimer in patients with gynecological malignant tumors before and after surgery(P>0.05).The level of TG in 2 months after operation was higher than that before operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.3 Comparative analysis of hematological parameters before surgery for benign and malignant tumors: The levels of inflammation,hemoglobin-related indicators and Fib and D-Dimer levels in patients with malignant tumors are higher than those in patients with benign tumors, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),HDL-The C level was lower than that of patients with benign tumors, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of hematological parameters between different benign tumor groups: the hemoglobin level of fibroids group, endometriosis group, fibroids combined with endometriosis group is lower than that of ovarian benign tumor group, fibroids combined with ovarian benign tumor group. The platelet level of fibroids group, endometriosis group, fibroids combined with endometriosis group was higher than that of ovarian benign tumor group. The APTT level of fibroids with endometriosis group was lower than that of ovarian benign tumor group and endometriosis group.Conclusion1.Gynecological tumors are closely related to blood stasis syndrome, mainly with moderate blood stasis syndrome. The blood stasis syndrome scores of patients with benign and malignant tumors all decreased after surgery, and the improvement of blood stasis syndrome was more obvious in patients with benign tumors after surgery.2.The blood stasis syndrome of patients with endometriosis is more serious than other gynecological benign tumors.3.Patients with gynecological benign tumors mainly have kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome before operation, and qi deficiency syndrome after operation.4.Patients with gynecological malignant tumors mainly have Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome before operation, and have spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome after operation.5.Postoperative inflammation and platelet-related indexes of patients with gynecological benign and malignant tumors were lower than those before operation, reflecting that gynecological tumors have a certain correlation with blood stasis syndrome.
