With Chai Xiong Li Xue Decoction In Treatment Of Retinal Vein Occlusion(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis) Clinical Research

Objective: By observing clinical research of Chai Xiong Li Xue decoction for the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of retinal vein occlusion(RVO),with vision,fundus situation,TCM clinical symptoms,hemorheology as observation indexes,to verify the clinical effect of Chai Xiong Li Xue decoction in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of RVO,and to investigate the effects of Kaiyu Daozhi Huoxue Tongluo Traditional Chinese Medicine for prevention and treatment of RVO clinical value.Methods: 60 cases with RVO qi stagnation and blood stasis are selected from Henan Medical University No.1 affiliated hospitalas of ophthalmology clinic and ward and randomly divided into treatment group and the control group 30 cases respectively(30 eyes).Routine treatment,the treatment group was given Chai Xiong Li Xue decoction,deep-fried,juice,200ml/ time,twice in early and late afternoon;control group was treated with Xue Fu Zhu Yu decoction,deep-fried,juice,200ml/ time,twice in early and late afternoon;Four weeks is a course of treatment,a total of three courses,and the two groups of decoction drugs are uniformly provided by the decoction,room of Henan Medical University No.1 affiliated hospitalas.To observe and record the two groups of patients before and after treatment visual acuity,fundus changes,fundus fluorescein angiography and other indicators.Results:(1)The study included 60 cases,a total of 4 cases were lost,there were 1 case in the treatment group and 3 cases in the control groupthe.Results showed 29 cases(29 eyes)in the treatment group,the cure rate was 10.34%,the efficiency was 44.83%,the effective rate was 34.49%,inefficient rate was 10.34%,the total effective rate was 89.66%.27 cases(27 eyes)in the control group,the cure rate was 3.70%,the efficiency was 29.63%,the effective rate was 41.67%,inefficient rate was 29.63%,the total effective rate was 70.37%.The cure rate,efficiency and total efficiency of the treatment group were higher than those in the control group.There were differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),there was statistical significance.the curative effect of the treatment group were better than the control group.(2)After 3 courses of treatment,to observe and compare the best corrected visual acuity,the retina situation,hemorheology,TCM clinical symptoms,there were significant difference between the two groups before and after therapeutic(P<0.05),the results showed that both groups had curative effect on patients withqi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of RVO.Conclusion:The effect of Chai Xiong Li Xue decoction for the treatment of RVO qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is accurate,it can enlighten the patient's vision,promote the absorption and circulation improvement of fundus hemorrhage and exudation and reduce the patient's blood viscosity,etc.have certain curative effect,even can significantly improve the patient's symptoms.
