Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Jia Wei Zhi Bai Di Huang decoction (JWZBDHD) on retinal vein occlusion (RVO), Yin Deficiency Blood Heat.Methods:60 patients with RVO Yin Deficiency Blood Heat were chosen randomly from Ophthalmology Department of the first Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and Eye Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences out-patient and wards divided into JWZBDHD group and He Xue Ming Mu Pian group. Each group containing 30 cases were respectively given JWZBDHD and He Xue Ming Mu Pian after diagnosis and followed up 2 courses of treatment. Cured 4 weeks is one course of treatment. In the two groups vigron, tundus and RCT are respectively expected before and after treatment.Result:1.Both of the two methods have curative effects to RVO Yin Deficiency Blood Heat and make a difference before and after the treatment from the indexs (P<0.05).2.Compared the clinical effect, the Jia Wei Zhi Bai Di Huang decoction was better than the other group(P<0.05). Conclude:Jia Wei Zhi Bai Di Huang decoction can improve vision funds FFA, which may be related to its effect of improving microcirculation encouraging metablolism and abasing glutionous blood.
