Objective: To observe TCM symptom, color Doppler ultrasound, liver balloon test(CAP),blood lipids(TC,TG),liver function(AST,ALT),BMI of Ersihe Decoction in patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(dampness and blood stasis). To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Ersihe Decoction in the therapy of patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,as well as to explore the pathogenesis and provide new drugs for clinical therapy of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. Methods: 80 cases of patients with dampness and blood stasis of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis were randomly divided into therapy group an d control group,40 cases in each group. The therapy group is given Ersihe Decoction and the control group is Shuifeijibin Capsule. The treatment course is 12 weeks. Before and after the end of the course of treatment,TCM syndromes, hepatic tests, liver f unction, blood lipids, color Doppler ultrasonography, and BMI are observed in the two groups. The clinical efficacy of the two groups is compared. If P<0.05,it was thoughtful statistically significant. Results: 1.Total effective rate: The total effective rate was 88.9% in Ersihe Decoction group after treatment, and the total effective rate was 60.50% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant, suggesting that Ersihe Decoction group treats non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,The clinical curative effect of patients with dampness and blood stasis type was better than that of the Shuifeijibin capsule group;2.The effect of TCM syndrome scores: The total effective rate of efficacy in the Ersihe Decoction group was 91.7%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 73.7%.The difference was statistically significant, indicating that Ersihe Decoction group was superior to the control group in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(TCM)symptoms in patients with TCM symptoms;the differences in the symptoms of hypochondriac pain and poor appetite in the two groups are different. It is statistically significant, indicating that the Ersihe Decoction group improve the symptoms of hypochondriac pain and nausea in patients with no n-alcoholic steatohepatitis(dampness and blood stasis type)better than the control group;3.Liver function, blood lipids: two groups after treatment The differences in liver function and blood lipids were statistically significant, indicating that Ersih e Decoction group was superior to the control group in the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(dampness and blood stasis)in patients with liver function and blood lipids;Bomb Test: Comparing Treatments When the two groups improved the CAP index,i t was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the CAP index between the two groups, indicating that the CAP index of the treatment group in the Ersihe Decoction group was better than that of the control group;5.Color Doppler Ultrasound: the change of the color Doppler ultrasonography of the two groups after the contrast treatment The difference between the two groups was statistically significant in improving the degree of fatty liver in patients, indicating that the Ersihe Decoction group was better than the control group in improving the degree of fatty liver disease;6.BMI index: both the treatment group and the control group can be significantly reduced The patient's BMI index and Ersihe Decoction group were superior to the control group in reducing the patient's BMI.Conclusion: Ersihe Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, physical signs, liver function, blood lipid,CAP,color Doppler ultrasound,BMI index etc.of patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(dampness and blood stasis type). The clinical efficacy, and safety is good, worthy of clinical promotion.
