Objective:This subject is to evaluate the efficacy of Trinity Therapy for Cervical Spondylotic Radiulopathy(CSR)and evaluate it.On the one hand,it provides a reference for the treatment of CSR,and on the other hand provides a basis for the further promotion of the program in the clinic. Methods:CSR patients aged 25-50 years were screened for 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria and established experimental group and control group a and control group b.In the experimental group, there were 30 patients, including 14 males and 16 females. The non-invasive spine decompression system,Chinese herbal decoction Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and cervical vertebrae functional exercise were used,ie Trinity Therapy. The control components were control group a and control group b,with 30 cases in each group. In the control group, there were 15 males and 15 females. The traditional Chinese medicine decoction Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and cervical spine exercise were used.In the control group, there were 16 males and 14 females with non-invasive spinal decompression system and cervical spine exercise.Once a day,10 times for a course of treatment, respectively, continuous treatment of two courses, observed before and after treatment of the patient's score changes, record data and statistical analysis. Results: After 2 courses of treatment, the three groups were lower than before treatment,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.Compared with the control group, the experimental group and the control group had a statistically significant difference in symptom and function scale after treatment(P < 0.05).The three groups in the VAS score after treatment were lower than before treatment,P < 0.05,there was statistical significance. The VAS scores of the experimental group and the two control groups were compared after treatment,P < 0.05,with statistical significance. The anxiety scores of the three groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,P <0.05,with statistical significance. The anxiety score of the experimental group and the control group after treatment was P > 0.05,with no statistical significance.According to the evaluation criteria,2 cases were cured in the treatment group,17 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,1 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 96.67%.In the control group,0 cases were cured by a,8 cases were markedly effective,19 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90%.In the control group,0 cases were cured by B,7 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90%.The data of the three groups were P < 0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusions:1.The control group A and the control group B can alleviate the symptoms of CSR,relieve the pain of patients, and reduce the anxiety state of patients.2.The experimental group can alleviate the symptoms of CSR,relieve the pain of patients and reduce the anxiety state of patients. It is better than the control group in relieving the symptoms of CSR and relieving pain. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in reducing the anxiety state of the patients. It shows that the spinal noninvasive decompression system,Astragalus cinnamon five material soup combined with cervical vertebra functional exercise are superior to the spinal noninvasive decompression system combined with cervical spine functional exercise,Astragalus cinnamon branch five material soup and cervical functional exercise in alleviating CSR symptoms and alleviating the pain of patients.Trinity therapy is effective, safe and reliable in the treatment of CSR.
