| Objective: To observe the clinical study of exogenous fever(wind-heat syndrome)in children treated by Sanyang Qingjie solution through different routes of administration,and to further study its mechanism of action.Methods: A total of 180 children meeting the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the treatment order of the children: 60 patients in the oral group(group A),60 patients in the rectal drip group(group B),and sigmoid colon instillation group(Group C)60 cases.After 3 days of treatment with the above protocol,the three groups of children were observed for total clinical efficacy,improvement of TCM symptom scores,time for fever onset,number of combined medications,complete decompensation time,change in body temperature at each time point,operability,and children's Compliance and other indicators,and conduct comparisons between groups.Results: 1.After statistical analysis,the total effective rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05);the total efficiency of clinical efficacy of group C was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05);group B and group C There was no difference in total efficiency(P>0.05).2.After treatment for 4h,16 h,and 24 h,the body temperature of group B was lower than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment 2h,12 h,16h,24 h,and 36 h,group C was affected.The body temperature of children was lower than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment 1.5h,4h,12 h,16h,and 24 h,the body temperature of group C was lower than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In the improvement of TCM syndrome scores,there was a significant statistical difference between the three groups of children before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the three groups of different methods can significantly improve thesymptoms of children.There was a significant difference in symptom scores after treatment between children in group A and B,group A and group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in symptom scores after treatment between groups B and C(P>0.05).4.On the time of onset of fever,there was a statistically significant difference between the three groups in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05),and group C was shorter than group A and group B,and group B was shorter than group A.5.In the children with complete fever,the differences in the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the C group was shorter than the A and B groups,and the B group was shorter than the A group.6.There was no significant difference in the number of combined medications in the treatment of children with B and C groups(P>0.05),but the combined use of B and C was less than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.In the children's compliance to different routes of administration,statistical analysis of the three groups of children were statistically significant(P <0.05),that is,group C compliance> Group B compliance> Group A compliance.8.In the operability of two different enema administrations in children,the difference between group B and group C was statistically significant(P<0.05),ie,the operability of group C was higher than that of group B.Conclusion: 1.Sanyang Qingjie solution has a clear clinical curative effect in the treatment of children with exogenous fever(wind-heat folder type);among them,group C is superior to group B and group A in terms of onset time of fever,time of complete fever,and compliance;2.C Both group B and group B were superior to group A in terms of total clinical efficiency,improvement of symptom scores of TCM,and the number of combined medications.The clinical efficacy of the two methods of administration of B and C were basically the same;3.Sanyang clear solution sigmoid colon instillation therapy has clinical efficacy,operation is simpler,children with better compliance,less adverse reactions,has the value of promotion and application in pediatrics. |
