Studying Specific Effects Of Different Acupoints Based On Electropuncture To Treat Migraine Without Aura

Objective: This study included the Shaoyang meridian(Mo),which had no premonitory migraine,including clinical efficacy,comparison of acupoints and analysis of the clinical efficacy of Mo,and compared the two groups with gene chip technology.The expression of the gene and the specificity of the meridian effect provides evidence,and the biochemical pathway is explained from the gene level,which provides a more sufficient scientific basis for the specificity of the meridian effect.Methods: This study is divided into two parts.The first part is to observe the clinical trials of electroacupuncture and meridian channels and no acupoints in the treatment of MO.The second part is on the basis of clinical trials to observe the gene expression analysis of electrical differences.1.MO included 10 patients randomly divided into acupuncture group,electroacupuncture group,and each group of 5 cases,of which the electroacupuncture meridian group was treated in Shaoyang meridian,and four cases were cured.The treatment group was treated by Electroacupuncture at acupoint group by electroacupuncture treatment,1 time a day,30 mins each time,5 days of continuous treatment as a course of treatment,2 days of treatment,four courses of treatment,and 20 times of acupuncture treatment.Continuous observation for 20 weeks,of which the baseline period was 4 weeks and 4 weeks,and was set in 0,4,8,and 16 weeks to evaluate the patient's curative effect.The evaluation indexes were headache days,number of headache,headache intensity,headache affects the number of days of life,duration of headache,VAS score,quality of life questionnaire for migraine patients.2.The patients' elbow vein blood was taken respectively before and after the treatment.The total RNA,c DNA synthesis,c RNA synthesis and amplification were carried out.Gene chip hybridization experiment was carried out by gene chip technology to compare the genetic differences between the two groups.Comparison and analysis before and after treatment.Results: 1.Comparison of clinical effects: after acupuncture,all indexes in the acupuncture group were improved to varying degrees(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Except for headache intensity,all indexes improved after electroacupuncture in non acupuncture group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).The two groups were followed up for 8 weeks and 16 weeks in the number of headache attacks and headache times.The acupuncture group was better than the electroacupuncture group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).After 16 weeks of follow-up,the acupuncture group was better than the electroacupuncture group(P < 0.05).In the follow-up of headache intensity,headache days,VAS scores,8 weeks and 16 weeks,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),but the decrease of the electroacupuncture meridian group was greater than that of the acupoint.2.Comparison of differential gene expression: after acupuncture,the differential gene was 280 in acupuncture group and 526 non acupoints in electroacupuncture group.The functions of different genes in EA group include amyloid beta protein metabolism,prostaglandin synthesis,tyrosine metabolism and endorphin metabolism.The function of the non acupuncture group of electroacupuncture involves the function of DI.The related genes include DNA repair,ectoderm formation and hexokinase activation,and their relative MO is relatively small.Conclusions: The Mo effect of acupuncture on the meridians of Shaoyang not only exists at the clinical level,but also exists at the gene level,and involves multiple target genes.The target genes are not found for the treatment of Mo,including the pore comfort effect,and the acupoint E is confirmed to a certain extent.The gene level is specific.
