| Anxiety disorder is a mental disorder characterized by widespread and persistent anxiety or recurrent panic disorder.Clinical practice has proved that TCM treatment of anxiety disorder has a unique advantage,based on the overall concept of dialectical treatment,the use of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and other traditional therapies,targeted strong,rational prescription of flexible,safe curative effect,In the clinical application shows the unique superiority realistic significance.At present,there is no traditional Chinese medicine,integrated Chinese and western medicine to treat anxiety disorder,the treatment is based on experience,can not be clinical application.In this study,we observed and recorded the characteristics of patients with anxiety disorder in natural state,analyzed the results and evaluated them.Acupuncture combined with clinical curative effect provides clinical basis and reference for standardized and stratified diagnosis and treatment of anxiety disorder.ObjectiveIn this paper,cases were collected and sorted according to the subject declared by professor Fan Junming: "Research on the Optimization of Clinical Program and Evaluation of Therapeutic effect of Comprehensive treatment of anxiety Disorder in TCM".To explore the clinical effect of eliminating phlegm,resolve depression and regulation of the mind for the treatment of anxiety disorder and the optimization of clinical scheme of comprehensive treatment of anxiety disorder with traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsObserved the patients whose first-listed diagnose was anxiety disorder of the Traditional Chinese medicine research institute affiliated hospital of Henan province in February 2016 to December 2018,in the way of the non randomized controlled method.Methods To evaluate the anxiety degree of the patients with HAMA and assess the patient's sleep condition with the Pittsburgh sleep scale every two weeks.In the first time as a starting point for the treatment to the finish after 8 weeks.According to the difference of treatment plan,the treatment group was divided into two groups: group A,treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture combined with western medicine or acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine and western medicine.Group B was treated with traditional Chinese medicine or traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine,and the two groups were matched by propensity score,compared.Analyzed the clinical curative effect of the anxiety disorder between the eliminating phlegm,resolve depression and regulation of the mind for the treatment primarily comprehensive solutions and oral medicine through chi-square criterion,T test.ResultsThe observation included 233 cases,including 111 cases of treatment group(group A)and control group(group B)122 cases.1.The scale scores and curative effect analysis of HAMA : The HAMA scale scores of group A dropped from 24.18±7.36 to 12.25±4.76 after the treatment,there was a significant difference before and after medication(P = 0.000).The HAMA scale scores of group B dropped from 25.29±8.71 to 13.62±5.13 after treatment,there was a significant difference before and after medication(P = 0.000).The total effective rate of group A and group B was 90.09%and 80.33%,total effective rate is compared between the two way comparison difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The scale scores and curative effect analysis of PSQI : The PSQI scale scores of group A dropped from 19.06±7.02 to 13.09±7.52 after treatment,there was a significant difference before and after medication(P = 0.000).The PSIQ scale scores of group B dropped from 19.83±8.03 to 16.34±9.13 after treatment,there was a significant difference before and after medication(P = 0.000).The total effective rate of group A and group B was 88.29% and 74.59%,total effective rate is compared between the two way comparison difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Both the two kinds of treatments can reduce the Hamilton rating scale(HAMA)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)integral;2.An integrated approach to give the eliminating phlegm,resolve depression and regulation of the mind for the treatment primarily comprehensive solutions group(group A)comprehensive curative effect is superior to theoral drug control.group(group B). |
