| With the rapid development of modern society,work pressure,the incidence of depressive disorder is increasing year by year and has become a threat to human health common clinical disease.Depression is a mood disorder,mainly showing significant persistent depression,activity decrease obviously,and the cognitive function of the characteristics of slow thinking.we can take the real-world observational studies,based on the propensity score method(propensity score method,PS)advantages can be confounding factors in the study of equilibrium,non randomized study into close to random controlled study.Clinical observation by collecting large sample research object,its characteristics were described,and the results are compared,analysis,to reflect the reality of the overall situation.Objective To study the patients with depressive disorder of the Traditional Chinese medicine research institute affiliated hospital of Henan province from February 2016 to February 2018,which in a prospective observational study.To analysis and contrast the advantages and disadvantage of the curative effect to the depressive disorder between the eliminating phlegm,resolve depression and regulation of the mind for the main treatment primarily comprehensive solutions and the oral drug treatment,and then to explore more effective treatments for the treatment of depressive disorder.MethodsObserved the patients whose first-listed diagnose was depressive disorder o f the Traditional Chinese medicine research institute affiliated hospital of Henan province from February 2016 to February 2018,in the way of the non rando mized controlled method.Methods to evaluate the depression degree of the patients with HAMD and assess the patient's sleep condition with the Pittsburgh sleep scale every two weeks.In the first time as a starting point for the treatment to the finish after 8 weeks,divided the patients into the eliminating phlegm,resolve depression a nd regulation of the mind for the main treatment primarily comprehensive solut ions group(group A)and the oral drug control group(group B).In the end,pic king up suitable cases by PS.Analyzed and contrasted the advantages and disa dvantage of the curative effect to the depressive disorder between the eliminati ng phlegm,resolve depression and regulation of the mind for the main treatment primarily comprehensive solutions and the oral drug control through ?2-test an d T test.Result The observation included of 239 cases,including 124 cases of treatment group(group A)and 115 cases control group(group B),and picking up152 cases by PS.1 Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and curative effect of integral analysis: before using PS,the eliminating phlegm,resolve depression and regulation of the mind for the main treatment primarily comprehensive solutions group(group A)total effective rate was 81.5%.The oral drug control group(group B)total effective rate was 70.4%.total effective rate is compared between the two way comparison difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).After using PS,the eliminating phlegm,resolve depression and regulation of the mind for the main treatment primarily comprehensive solutions group(group A)total effective rate was 82.9%.The oral drug control group(group B)total effective rate was 68.4%.total effective rate is compared between the two way comparison difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).2 Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)and curative effect of integral analysis: before using PS,the eliminating phlegm,resolve depression and regulation of the mind for the main treatment primarily comprehensive solutions group(group A)total effective rate was 90.3%.The oral drug control group(group B)total effective rate was76.5%.total effective rate is compared between the two way comparison difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).After using PS,the eliminating phlegm,resolve depression and regulation of the mind for the main treatment primarily comprehensive solutions group(group A)total effective rate was 88.2%.The oral drug control group(group B)total effective rate was75.0%.total effective rate is compared between the two way comparison difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion1 Both the two kinds of treatments can reduce the Hamilton rating scale(HAMD)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)integral;2 An integrated approach to give the eliminating phlegm,resolve depression and regulation of the mind for the main treatment primarily comprehensive sol utions group(group A)comprehensive curative effect is superior to the oral dr ug control group(group B).3 This paper is period summary of a project host by Fan Junming archiater,compare with eliminating
