Objective:This study investigated the quality of life about officers and soldiers in cold regions in the north area,to explore the influencing factors of the quality of life about officers and soldiers in cold regions in the north,and provided certain experimental data for improving the quality of life of officers and soldiers in high-cold areas.Methods:In this study,the WHOQOL-BREF(world health organization quality of life assessment instrument-brief)scale was used.A multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to collect a total of 896 officers and men of a certain army unit in Heilongjiang province for quality of life survey.The content includes:basic personal knowledge,basic understanding of life quality and concepts.The data obtained was recorded using Epidata3.1 software,and SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the survey data.The quality of life of officers and soldiers in northern cold regions was described by percentage and comprehensive scores,and the difference in the quality of life of officers and soldiers between different characteristics groups was analyzed using ?2 test.The main factors influencing the quality of life of officers and soldiers were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results:1 Basic facts about troops and troops in cold regions in the northThe survey included 304 artillerymen,298 infantry,and 294 armored personnel,which accounted for 33.9%,33.3%,and 32.8%of the total.A total of 801 Han people,accounting for 89.4%.95 ethnic minorities,accounting for 10.6%.There are 591 high school graduates,200 college graduates or above,and junior high school education,accounting for 66%,22.3%,and 11.7%of the total number.There were 789 unmarried people and 107 married people,which accounted for 88.1%and 11.9%of the total.There were 667 conscripts,186 non-commissioned officers and 43 cadres,accounting for 4.44%,20.75%,and 4.81%of the total number.There were 616 people with military age ? 2,237 people aged 3 to 5 years old,and 43 people with an age of ? 6 years,which accounted for 68.75%,26.45%,and 4.8%of the total.2 Selection of officers and soldiers in the cold regions in the north in various fields(1)PhysiologyPain and discomfort:13.28%of officers and soldiers did not choose to interfere at all.32.03%of officers and men chose to seldom interfere,and 39.84%of officers chose to be obstructed(in general).Whether there is medical dependence or not:38.28%of the officers and soldiers choose to have no "medical help for daily life" at all.43.75%of the officers and soldiers choose rarely,and 12.5%of the officers choose general needs.Energy status:12.5%of the officers and men chose to have full energy to cope with daily life.28.01%of the officers chose most of them to have energy.46.99%of officers chose to have general energy.Ability to move:28.91%of the officers and men chose "very good",30.58%of officers and men chose "good",and 29.58%of officers and soldiers chose "not good or bad".Sleep and rest:11.83%of the officers chose "very good",29.58%of officers chose "good",and 29.69%of officers chose "not bad".Daily life ability:12.5%of the officers and men are very satisfied with their ability to do everyday things.43.75%of the officers chose "Satisfaction" 29.69%of the officers chose "neither satisfied nor dissatisfied".Working ability:11.72%of the officers and men chose to be satisfied with their work ability,41.96%of the officers chose "satisfaction",and 29.91%of the officers chose "neither satisfied nor dissatisfied".(2)PsychologicalPositive feelings:11.72%of officers and soldiers choose to have a very fun life,33.59%of the officers and men choose more meaningful,42.19%of the officers and men generally have fun.The spiritual pillar:19.31%of officers and soldiers chose life to be extremely meaningful,32.25%of officers and soldiers chose more meaningful,and 40.63%of officers and soldiers chose to make sense.Memory and Attention:9.38%of the officers and men chose to concentrate their attention.32.03%of the officers and men chose to concentrate more.46.09%of the officers chose to concentrate.Body and appearance:17.97%of the officers and soldiers chose to fly in their own shape.32.81%of the officers chose their own shape to pass the majority,and 40.63%of the officers and men chose their own appearance.Self-esteem:12.5%of the officers and men are very satisfied with themselves,44.53%of the officers and men are satisfied with themselves,and 32.03%of the officers and men are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with themselves.Negative feelings:10.83%of the officers and soldiers chose to have no negative feelings,27.23%of the officers chose to have negative feelings occasionally,and 48.44%of the officers and soldiers chose sometimes and did not.(3)Social relationsInterpersonal relationship:8.71%of the officers and men are very satisfied with their personal relationships.38.95%of the officers and men are satisfied with their interpersonal relationships.36.83%of the officers and men are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with their personal relationships.The opposite sex exchanges:11.72%of the officers and men choose very satisfied,32.03%of the officers and men choose to be satisfied,25.28%of the officers and men choose neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.Required social support:For the support from friends,10.16%of the officers and men are very satisfied with the choice,51.56%of the officers and soldiers choose to be satisfied,and 28.91%of the officers and soldiers are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.(4)Environmental fieldSocial Security:14.84%of the officers and men chose to be extremely safe in their lives.35.16%of the officers and men chose to be relatively safe.43.53%of the officers and men chose general security.Environmental conditions:9.38%of the officers and men choose the living environment to be excellent for health,26.56%of the officers and men choose better,47.66%of the officers and men choose generally good.Economic sources:7.92%of the officers think their money is sufficient,16.29%think that the majority is sufficient,and 39.29%of officers consider it generally adequate.Access to knowledge and skills:6.92%of the officers believe that the information they need in life is completely available,24.22%of the officers believe that most of them are complete,and 53.91%of the officers believe that they are generally available.Leisure and recreation:6.25%of the officers and soldiers think that they have ample opportunity to engage in leisure activities.23.88%of the officers and men think that most of them have the opportunity to engage in recreational activities.41.52%of the officers and men think that there is generally an opportunity.Housing Environment:12.5%of the officers and soldiers are very satisfied with the conditions of their place of residence.42.3%of the officers and men think that they are satisfied.24%of the officers think they are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.Medical services:10.94%of officers and soldiers are very satisfied with the convenience of health care services they have received.34.49%of the officers and men think that they are satisfied.29.58%of officers and soldiers think that they are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.Traffic conditions:9.38%of the officers and men are very satisfied with their traffic conditions,37.5%of the officers and men are satisfied,and 28.91%of the officers think they are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.3 Chi-square test analysis resultsThrough the x 2 test analysis,the scores of the officers and men in the northern high-cold areas in junior high school,high school,and junior college and above in the four fields in the physiological field,psychological field,social relations field,and environmental field have statistically significant differences.(p<0.05).College graduates and above graduated in four fields scored higher than high school diploma officers and soldiers scored in four areas.High school graduates scored in four areas with scores higher than junior high school diplomas in four areas.The scores of officers and soldiers in different marital status in the three fields of physiology,psychology,and environmental fields have statistically significant differences(p<0.05).Unmarried officers and soldiers scored in the three fields of physical,psychological,and environmental fields.Both have higher scores than married officers and soldiers in three areas.The scores of officers and soldiers in different positions in the three fields of physiology,psychology,and social relations were statistically significant(p<0.05).The scores of cadres in the three fields of physiology,psychology,and social relations were high.In the scores of the non-commissioned officers in the three fields,the scores of non-commissioned officers in the physiology,psychology,and social relations areas are higher than those of conscripts in the physical,psychological,and social relations fields.The scores of officers and soldiers of different nationalities in the four fields were statistically significant(p<0.05).The scores of the Han nationality officers and soldiers in the four fields are higher than the scores of the ethnic minority officers in the four fields.The scores of officers and soldiers of different military ages in the psychology,social relations,and environmental fields were statistically significant(p<0.05).The officers and men with a military age of 6 years or more scored higher in the three fields than the officers and men whose military age was 3 to 5 years.The officers and men aged 3 to 5 years in military age scored higher in the three fields of psychology,social relations,and environmental than those with military age less than or equal to 2 years.The scores of officers and soldiers in different arms in the three areas of psychology,social relations,and environmental fields were statistically significant(p<0.05).In the psychological field artillery scored higher than that of infantry and armored soldiers.In the field of social relations,the infantry scored higher than the artillery and armored soldiers.The artillery score in the environmental field is higher than that of infantry and armor.4 Multiple Linear Regression Analysis ResultsThrough multiple linear regression analysis,it is shown that the factors affecting the physiological field of quality of life of officers and soldiers in cold regions in the north are military age,academic qualifications,and positions.The factors that affect the psychological field are military age and ethnicity.The main factors affecting social relations and the environment are military age and titles.Conclusions:1.Through questionnaires,the quality of life of the 896 officers and soldiers in the alpine region in the north was investigated.The scores of 896 officers and soldiers in various fields were obtained.Comparing the scores of the quality of life of officers and soldiers in cold regions in the north with the scores of the normal population,it is concluded that the officers and soldiers in the cold regions in the north scored lower in the social relations field than in the normal population.In the three fields of physiology,psychology,and the environment,the scores of normal people are lower than those of officers and soldiers in the northern cold regions.2.Different arms,different nationalities,different qualifications,different marital status,different positions,and different military ages have an impact on the quality of life of officers and soldiers in cold regions in the north.In the future,relevant departments should formulate corresponding health policies to improve the quality of life of officers and soldiers according to different Demographic characteristics establish a targeted health policy.Formulate practical and feasible plans to promote the quality of life of officers and soldiers in cold regions in the north.3.The quality of life of the officers and soldiers in cold regions in the north area is an important factor affecting the physical and mental health of officers and soldiers in the cold regions in the north area and the combat effectiveness of the troops.It is necessary to improve the quality of life of officers and soldiers stationed in cold regions in the north area and ensure the combat effectiveness of the troops in cold regions in
