The Traditional Chinese Medicine Literature Study Of Premature Ovarian Failure And Clinical Practice

Objective:By the study of literatures,we had investigated the Chinese medical differentiation of syndrome,therapeutic methods,and the medicating regulation of the syndrome of premature ovarian failure.Under the research and the management of high frequency of herb used for treating premature of ovarian failure,we formed the basic formula that were used for treating the frequently seen syndrome tapes of premature ovarian failure,and analyzed the therapeutic mechanism and the modern pharmacology.Method:We looked for the article that published between January of 2006 to January of 2017 in the Chinese biological-medical periodical publication,that related to premature ovarian failure.We inducted the all Chinese medicine?therapeutic methods?and the pattern of patient cases,that tally the criterion.And then used EXCEL software to do the digital statistics.We analyzed the top twelve medicine of high frequence of using to different pattern,and the top five therapeutic methods used for treating premature ovarian failure.Finally,we could found the basic formula for curing premature ovarian failure,gotten from the digital statistics of EXCEL software.Results:The frequently seen syndrome tapes of premature ovarian failure are:kidney deficient,both liver and kidney yin deficient,kidney deficient and stagnation of liver-Qi,kidney deficient and blood deficient,kidney deficient and blood stasis,and their proportion are separately 33.92%;20.86%;9.55%;6.44%;6.35%.The top five curing way used for trating premature ovarian failure are separately making the kidney essence rich,nourishing kidney and supply blood,nourishing kidney and making blood circulation smooth,supply kidney and dispersing the stagnation of liver Qi,and tonifying kidney and nourishing liver,and their proportion are separately 16.81%?11.23%?10.01%?9.72%?7.02%?6.58%.The five kinds of highly uded medicines are tonic medicine,blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicine,astringing medicine,heat-clearing medicinal,the medicine of promoting diuresis to remove damp,their ratio are separately 63.75%?9.68%?7.03%?6.01%?3.55%.The ratio of Yang tonics,blood tonics,Yin tonics,Qi tonics of tonic medicine are separately 19.50%?17.67%?14.78%?11.82%.The result of the research showed that the top twelve medicines of high using for treating premature ovarian failure,in the five top
