| Objective1.Compare Zhike Pingchuan prescription combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of children's asthmatic bronchitis with conventional western medicine.2.Zhike Pingchuan prescription used the method of eliminating phlegm and relieving cough and reducing asthma to treat children's asthmatic bronchitis.3.To study the effect of Zhike Pingchuan prescription on heat asthma.MethodsTo select asthmatic bronchitis in children with 60 cases from pediatric inpatient Shenzhen Baoan district hospital group.60 cases are randomly divided into treatment group and control group by simple random number table method.30 cases in the control group are treated by routine western medicine,other 30 cases in treatment group are treated on the basis of the control group with oral cough and asthma.To evaluate curative effect after observing seven days.To calculated symptom scale of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment according to timing observation of clinical symptoms and compare the clinical curative effect;To detect serum levels of white blood cells,lymphocytes and neutrophils of two groups before and after treatment,and compare the difference;To use ELISA method to detect IL-6,TNF alpha,IgE level of the two groups before and after treatment and compare the difference.To get the data statistics and analysis process by using statistical software SPSS17.0.Results1.Analysis of symptomatic integral: The statistical results showed that the main symptoms of the two groups before treatment,symptoms(wheezing,cough,expectoration,nasal nares,cyanosis,wheezing)and secondary symptoms(fever,spirit,complexion,nasal mucus,thirst,sweating,nausea and vomiting,appetite,stool,urine,throat,tongue and pulse or fingerprint)no significant difference of the total score of TCM symptoms on(P>0.05),after treatment the main symptoms of two groups of children with symptoms(wheezing,cough,expectoration,nasal nares,cyanosis,wheezing)TCM syndrome score showed that P<0.05,with a significant difference,after treatment,the symptom total score than the control group.Zhike Pingchuan prescription in improving pediatric asthmatic bronchial syndrome is better than pure western medicine treatment.At the same time,after the treatment of the main symptoms,the comparison between the two groups showed that it was comparable in the two groups.The improvement effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Therefore,the effect of relieving cough and asthma in treatment group,especially of the main symptoms,is obviously better than that of the control group.2.Blood analysis: The treatment group compared with the control group,the white blood cell count analysis two groups in blood lymphocyte ratio and the percentage of neutrophils were found in white blood cell count and neutrophil ratio before treatment between two groups of P>0.05,has no significant difference between two groups after treatment of P<0.05,with a significant difference,indicating that the treatment group after treatment the white blood cell and neutrophil number or ratio decreased than that of control group.At the same time,the results showed that there was no significant difference in lymphocyte ratio between the two groups before treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.There was no significant difference in lymphocyte ratio between the treatment group and the control group before after treatment,the patients in the treatment group serum IL-6,TNF-levels were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01),suggesting that the treatment of conventional western medicine treatment,the serum level of IgE in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),suggesting that compared with the routine treatment of Western medicine,the cough and asthma prescription combined with western medicine can effectively reduce the level of Ig E in the body,so as to relieve the symptoms of asthma effectively.4.Comparison of clinical curative effect: According to the results of the test,there were 60 cases of children who were finally involved in and completed the test.In the control group,30 cases were cured,1 cases were cured,23 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,there was no failure,30 cases were treated in the treatment group,10 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,there was no invalid.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(93.3%),which was higher than that of the control group(80%).Comparing the efficacy of the two groups,P<0.05 has significant difference,indicating that Zhike Pingchuan prescription has a better effect on improving asthmatic bronchioles in children than in western medicine alone.Conclusion1.Zhike Pingchuan decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment of pediatric asthma was significantly better than conventional western medicine treatment,especially to relieve the main symptoms of cough,expectoration,choking,wheezing on curative effect,and can significantly shorten the remission time,choking sputum.2.The method of eliminating phlegm and relieving cough and reducing asthma is the core treatment of Zhike Pingchuan prescription.It is effective in clinical treatment of pediatric asthma.3.Zhike Pingchuan prescription is mainly aimed at treating hot asthma in children's asthmatic bronchitis,and the clinical application needs to be diagnosed accurately. |
