Clinical Research Of Qingre Huatan Sufei Zhike Treament Acute Bronchitis Due To Sputum And Heat In Children

Object:To discuss the curative of Qingre Huatan Sufei ZHike used to treat children with acute bronchitis phlegm and heat syndrome, to the clinical symptom score for the quantitative effect of the basis of observation,standardized assessment the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment of children with acute bronchitis.Method:Select 60 cases who met the inclusion criteria, following randomized, parallel to the principle of control, according to 1:1 to the treatment group patients were randomly divided into 30 cases and 30 cases of the control group, treatment group with oral Qingre Huatan, Sufei Zhike effect of decoction of Chinese medicine; Control group given Ribavirin granules and Oral Ambroxol, observation the change of the cough, Tanyong, Lung auscultation, Fever, mental, pale, dry mouth, thirst, toilet, tongue and pulse and so on. To acute bronchitis phlegm and heat syndrome quantify points.The ration of(the integrals of symptoms before treatment subtracted the integrals of symptoms after treatment)/the integrals of symptoms before treatment as the basis of the observation of clinical efficacy.Results:Two clinical efficacy in children have been statistically significant (P<0.05), treatment group than the control group. Before treatment, the treatment group and control group, the severity, the main disease integral, sub-disease points, total points compared to primary and secondary disease were not significantly different. After treatment, patients in the improvement of cough, sputum, lung auscultation case and other major symptoms, than the control group (P< 0.05), statistically significant differences. After treatment, children with minor symptoms, treatment group, fever, and other minor symptoms such as looking significantly better than the control group, by statistical analysis test, with significant difference (P<0.05).Improvement in mental status, treatment group was significantly better than the control group, by statistical analysis, a very significant difference (P<0.01). Dry mouth and thirst in improving the children, toilet, tongue and pulse, the two groups no significant difference(P>0.05), no statistical significance.Conclusion:Chinese medicine treatment of children with acute bronchitis is an effective way, can improve children's symptoms, signs, prevention of exacerbations persistent transformation.
