Objective:Acupuncture treatment by observing the temperature wind cold dampness type bi osseous knee arthritis in changes to the clinical curative effect of moxibustion quantity,explore the wen acupuncture moxibustion quantity relationship with the clinical curative effect,provides the theory and practice basis for the treatment of this disease.Research methods:Will be included in the 70 patients were randomly divided into a strong moxibustion group and two strong moxibustion group,35 cases in each group.Two groups of patients in the main point is to take one side knee eye,tu PI,gb 34 point,by the same name acupuncture doctor operation,stab ping ping xie,after qi main point after the needle handle on moxa cone acupuncture,buy one every time jiu shi zhuang zhuang moxibustion group,two strong every time two zhuang shi jiu jiu group,a daily treatment,10 times for a period of treatment,the treatment course,rest two days after the end of two groups were three consecutive treatment period of treatment,follow-up time for treatment after 3 months,observe two groups of patients with clinical symptoms integral,color doppler under knee joint pathological manifestations,efficient,recurrence rate,SPSS20.0 software adopted to carry out statistical analysis to judge its nearly,forward curative effect.The results of the study:Clinical data of two groups of cases comparable,it had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);A strong moxibustion group,effective rate was 85.7%(30/35),two strong moxibustion group effective rate was 91.4%(32/35),(P>0.05),two groups of cases there was no statistically significant difference in clinical efficient;Compare two groups of cases of clinical symptom scores,two groups of cases in the noose,instability,joint pain,swelling,and total score was to reduce the(all P<0.05),and two strong moxibustion is better than that of a strong moxibustion group(P<0.05);Compare two groups of cases under the color doppler histological recovery degree,two groups of cases under the color doppler symptoms besides recovery degree of knee joint cartilage was improved,the two zhuang moxibustion is better than that of a strong moxibustion group(P<0.05);Compare two groups of cases of recurrence after treatment for 3 months,two strong moxibustion group(13.6%)is lower than a strong moxibustion group(36.8%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.To improve the wind cold dampness type bi osseous knee arthritis noose,instability,joint pain,swelling,and total score two strong moxibustion is better than that of a strong moxibustion group,in improving the patients' limp,weight,climb stairs,next crouching both curative effect is not significant.2.The curative effect in promoting the knee joint cartilage restored two group were not significant;Decrease in the knee joint effusion,reduce synovial hyperplasia of blood vessels and synovial thickness,both have curative effect,and two strong moxibustion is better than that of a strong moxibustion group(P<0.05).3.The long-term curative effect,two strong moxibustion group is better than a strong moxibustion group(P<0.05).To sum up,with warm acupuncture therapy to treat wind cold dampness type bi osteoarthritis,shi jiu long curative effect in two strong nearly,is better than that of without a strong person.
