Research On The Clinical Effect Of Frozen Shoulder Treated By Bloodletting And Cupping Combined With Acupotome

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy and scientificity of the treatment of Frozen Shoulder by Acupotomy combined with bloodletting and cupping,compared with pure Acupotomy group.Methods60 patients with Frozen Shoulder are randomly divided into pure Acupotomy group(control group)and Acupotomy combined with bloodletting and cupping group(treatment group),each with a total of 30 cases.Control group treated by pure Acupotomy,and treatment group was treated by Acupotomy combined with bloodletting and cupping,the two groups were accepted the treatment once a week,two weeks a course.The clinical effects were evaluated by VAS and Melle scores before and afte a course.Results1.The baseline characteristics: before treatment,there were no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and every score between two groups(P>0.05).2.Before and after treatment,the two groups in VAS score were significantly different(P<0.01).Treatment group surpassed control group in curative effection,the difference was significant(p<0.05).3.Before and after treatment,the two groups in Melle score were significantly different(P<0.01).the two group could both improve the activity of shoulder joint function.Treatment group surpassed control group in curative effection,the difference was significant(p<0.05).4.The overall efficacy(total effective rate)of treatment group was 93.3%,and the cure rate was 70.0%.The total effective rate of control group was 80%,and the cure rate was 43.3%.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe two groups were effective in curing the Frozen Shoulder.The treatment group was superior than control group in relieving the pain.2 groups showed excellent effect in improving the function of shoulder,treatment group was superior than control group.
