The Study Of The Clinical Observations On The Effects Of Ervical Vertebra Small Joint Disorder With Cervical Vertebra Positioning Pulling

ObjectiveThis study is observation of cervical vertebra positioning pulling in the treatment of the clinical curative effect of cervical vertebra small joint disorder which provides a more convenient,quick and effective clinical treatment.And it also provides the theory and practice basis for the pathogenesis and treatment of small joint disorder in clinical promotion and application.MethodsThere are 60 cases of cervical vertebra small joint disorder patients in consistent with the standard whose are from rehabilitation department of Foshan Chinese Medicine hospital affiliated Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.After signing the informed consent,60 cases take cervical vertebra X-ray photos before treatment(including the adem position and atlantoaxial mouth-open).The therapy is that relax neck muscles through intermediate frequency therapy first and then operate cervical vertebra positioning pulling(divided into atlanto-axial joint reset and cervical 3-7 reset).The frequency of treatment: ten times of total treatment,one times everyday for the first three times and one times every other day for the next seven times.Evaluation criteria for the efficacy of cervical spondylosis(consulting < Diagnostic criteria of TCM disease syndrome > from Diagnostic criteria of TCM disease syndrome),X-ray evaluation and the simplified McGill pain scale(sF-MPQ)are used as the quantitative criterion in this study.SPSS24.0 software counts the data.Results1.Compared the pretherapy and post-treatment of the X-ray evaluation points,we can know they have differences statistically significant(p < 0.05),so that cervical vertebra positioning pulling can improve cervical X-ray evaluation.2.Compared the pretherapy and post-treatment of the sF-MPQ points,we can know the PRI,PPI,VAS and total point have the statistically significant difference which signs that cervical vertebra positioning pulling can improve the cervical pain.ConclusionCervical vertebra positioning pulling can reduce the X-ray evaluation rating scale and the sF-MPQ score,that explains it can correct the small joints of cervical vertebrae,significantly reduce patient’s pain,perfect the patient’s clinical symptoms and dysfunction.
