Design And Implementation Of Hospital Equipment And Consumables Management System

The rapid development of computer internet technology has changed the way all walks of life to carry out business,the major hospitals are no exception,in our country,the major hospitals have begun to speed up the pace of hospital information construction.In the management of equipment and consumables,the hospital also gradually began to introduce computer information management system.After analyzing the status quo of medical equipment and consumables management in Yuxi people's hospital,it is found that the hospital equipment in the management of facilities and consumables,has not yet fully utilized information management means,statistical methods mainly use manual or spreadsheet statistics,this statistical method not only because of the statistical data is not synchronized and cause statistical results are wrong,but also increase the workload of staff,greatly reducing the efficiency of equipment and consumables management.In order to help the hospital equipment department and management real-time understanding and grasp the use of hospital facilities and equipment and consumables,improve the hospital information management level.Firstly,the paper introduces the reason of developing this system and the development of this system at home and abroad,and then briefly introduces the functions,characteristics and practical significance of the system.Then the system requirements are analyzed,including overall requirements,functional requirements and non-functional requirements.The definition,characteristics and contents of the system design are briefly introduced.Secondly,the related technology,design platform and the whole system framework are described.from the test results and evaluation results,it is shown that the system meets the expected design requirements.From the point of use,the system improves the management efficiency of hospital equipment and consumables,changes the management mode of equipment and consumables,increases the economic benefits for the hospital at the same time also produced good social benefits.
