An Empirical Study Of The Relationship Between The Public Hospitals’ Fixed Assets Investment,Efficiency And Management Performance In Xinjiang

With the development of Xinjiang social and economic, people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang with the improvement of the living standard, the demand for medical services has been greatly improved. Fixed assets play a very important role in the construction of a public hospital, it is the material basis to ensure the normal operation of the hospital medical work. At the same time, the fixed assets in the hospital enhance the level of medical technology, enhance the awareness of the hospital, the hospital will get better development in the increasingly fierce competition in the medical market. However, the public hospital often pursuits high technology fixed assets, ignoring whether the medical staff play a very important role.In order to make the limited resources of public hospitals in Xinjiang more effectively, this paper from the two aspects of public hospitals in Xinjiang and the use efficiency of fixed assets investment, respectively to study the effect of investment and efficiency in the use of fixed assets on the performance of public hospitals in Xinjiang, the economic benefit and social benefit. Using descriptive statistics, factor analysis and regression method. First of all, using 2010 to 2013 data of Xinjiang public hospital, factor analysis is made on the problems of hospital performance evaluation, evaluation of the performance of public hospitals in Xinjiang are the economic benefit and social benefit. Secondly, the Xinjiang public hospital fixed assets investment and the current situation of the efficiency of the use of descriptive statistics, description of the current situation of investment in fixed assets of public hospital of Xinjiang; finally, using regression analysis, the scale and the hospital fixed assets of Xinjiang public hospital economic benefit were positively correlated. Xinjiang public hospital fixed asset scale and the social benefits of the hospital were negatively correlated. Investment in fixed assets of Xinjiang public hospital and the hospital economic benefit were positively correlated. The economic benefits are positively related with hospital fixed assets to use efficiency performance of public hospitals in Xinjiang. To further clarify the mechanism of public hospitals, the fixed assets of the hospital performance evaluation method, improved development an empirical study on the performance of the investment in the fixed assets and the field hospital, a positive academic significance. At the same time, the conclusions of this study also provide new methods and ideas to solve the actual problems of investment in fixed assets management of public hospitals in Xinjiang.
