| Objective:To explore the possible mechanism of combination of artificial cycle and sequential application of Yizhen capsule,promoting the repair of endometrium after transcervical resection of adhesion(TCRA)treating intrauterine adhesion(IUA),and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of combination of artificial period and sequential application of Yizhen capsule after intrauterine adhesion.Methods:Including patients of Department of Gynaecology at the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2016.3 to 2017.12.Totally 40 patients treated with transcervical of adhesion(TCRA)and placed intrauterine device(IUD)were eligible for inclusion.Patients were randomized into two groups.Treatment group: sequential application of Yizhen capsule and artificial cycle treatment for 3 months.Control group: artificial cycle treatment only for 3 months.To evaluate the efficacy by comparing menstruation,symptoms,uterine cavity morphology,endometrial status,and hemodynamics of uterine arteries.Results:1.Overall efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the total effective rate of the control group was 70%,and the overall effect of the treatment group was better than the control group by comparing two groups with rank sum test(P<0.05),suggesting that there were significant differences in the curative effect between the two groups.2.Menstruation: menstrual period,the efficiency of the treatment group was 100%,the control group was 75%,two groups of rank and test,P > 0.05,indicating that the two groups were quite effective.Menstrual volume: the treatment group was 90%,the effective rate of the control group was 65%,after the rank sum test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in increasing menstrual menstruation.Menstrual color,the effect rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the control group was 55%,with the rank sum test,(P<0.05),the difference has statistical significance,indicating that the color quality of experimental group is better than that of the control group.Therefore,the combination of Yizhen capsule in the treatment of oligomenstruation caused by IUA can obviously increase the amount of menstruation and improve the color quality of menstruation,and the effect is better than that of the control group.3.In terms of TCM symptom scores: both two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total score difference before and after treatment was compared(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms.4.The hysteroscopic IUA scores: The two groups of patients compared before and after treatment,hysteroscopic scores were significantly decreased,P<0.05.After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was compared(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving hysteroscopy.5.Endometrial thickness: both groups of patients before and after treatment,endometrial thickness increased(P<0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups before and after the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving endometrial thickness.6.Blood flow index: The two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment,PI and RI were both decreased(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,There was no significant difference of PI between the two groups(P>0.05),The difference before and after treatment between the two groups was P >0.05;There was no significant difference between the two groups;While there was a significant difference of RI between the two groups(P<0.05),The difference between the two groups before and after the difference is statistically significant(P< 0.05),indicating that both groups could improve the endometrium.Blood flow,The study indicates that the two groups can improve the blood flow of the endometrium,promote angiogenesis and repair the endometrium effectively,and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving endometrial thickness and in reducing the RI.Conclusion:Sequential application of Yizhen capsule therapy combine with estrogen and progesterone artificial cycle treatment of patients after transcervical resection of adhesion(TCRA)treating intrauterine adhesion(IUA),the clinical effect is satisfactory,can increase the amount of menstruation,improve the menstrual color,effectively improve the patient's symptoms,reduce the uterine adhesion score,reduce the recurrence rate,increase the thickness of the endometrium and reduce the PI,which may be related to the effective repair of the endometrium and promote uterine artery blood flow. |
