ObjectiveThis study selected patients by detecting the level of Lp-PLA2,understanding the differences between patients with coronary heart disease and non coronary heart disease in the level of Lp-PLA2 and the differences of the level of Lp-PLA2among paients in different TCM syndromes?blood stasis and phlegm,non-phlegm-non-phlegm syndrome?.And through the coronary angiography analysizing the condition of coronary artery lesion of patients in different TCM syndrome, and predicting their probability occurrence of coronary artery disease.MethodsA total of 115 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the research group.According to TCM syndrome differentiation, blood stasis syndrome, sputum turbidity syndrome and non-stasis syndrome were classified.A total of 38 patients without coronary artery disease were selected as the control group.Collecting all patient's basic clinical data and recording the TCM syndromes and the coronary artery lesions condition of the study group's patients and calculating their Gensini integral.Check all patients'Lp-pla2 level by immune-enhanced turbidimetry. We process the data through SPSS 22.0.Firstly,We analyze the base clinical data and compare the difference of Lp-PLA2level between the control group and the research group. Then we compare the difference of Lp-PLA2level and coronary artery lesions condition among patients in different TCM syndromes. At last, multiple step-wise regression analysis were conducted on the correlation between Lp-PLA2and different TCM syndromes and the correlation between Gensini scores and different TCM syndromes.Results1.The Lp-PLA2level was higher in patients with coronary heart disease than those without coronary artery disease, and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.2.The Lp-PLA2level's difference between different TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease was statistically significant?P<0.05?.And the rank fromHightolowwerebloodstasissyndrome, phlegmsyndrome, and non-stasis-phlegm syndrome.3.The difference between the different TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease in Gensini scores was statistically significant?P<0.05?.And the rank fromHightolowwerebloodstasissyndrome, phlegmsyndrome, and non-stasis-phlegm syndrome.4.The factors related to Lp-PLA2level ranked from strong to weak were Gensini scores, the blood stasis syndrome,non-stasis-phlegm syndrome,Statins, and the degree of coronary stenosis. And there was a negative correlation between Statins and Lp-PLA2level.5.The factors related to,Gensini scores ranked from strong to weak were the blood stasis syndrome, the number of diseased coronary artery vessels and Lp-PLA2level.ConclusionThe level of Lp-PLA2is associated with the degree of stenosis of coronary artery, which can be used as an indicator of the severity of coronary artery disease in coronary heart disease. The Lp-PLA2level of coronary heart disease patients with blood stasis or phlegm syndrome are significantly higher than that of other syndromes, and the relationship between coronary heart disease and blood stasis syndrome is more closely related to severe coronary lesions than other syndromes, and it is a high risk type of coronary heart disease.
