ObjectiveTo investigate the differences in the level of Lp-PLA2 in different TCM Syndromes of coronary heart disease, that understands the correlation between Lp-PLA2 and TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease. It provides an objective index for coronary heart disease TCM clinical syndrome differentiation typing, and provides an objective basis in patients with coronary heart disease early adjustment.Methods90 cases of coronary heart disease as research group in department of cardiovascular medicine were collected from April 2015 to December 2015 in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicineo。90 patients were divided into phlegm turbidity syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, other syndromes according to TCM syndrome differentiation standard, compared with the control group,30 cases of healthy persons were collected in the same period. The general data of all subjects and the risk factors of coronary heart disease were recorded, including age, sex, body mass index, hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes mellitus, smoking history, obesity, positive family history. Fasting venous blood was taken to detect the level of Lp-PLA2, WBC, Fib, CK, CK-MB, LDH, TnI, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C. Make a detailed record of all the data and make a statistical analysis on it.Results1. TCM syndrome differentiation type of coronary heart disease is the most common syndrome of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis syndrome.2. The level of Lp-PLA2 in the coronary heart disease group was higher than that in the healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. Phlegm turbidity syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, other syndrome of coronary heart disease between the three levels of Lp-PLA2 level, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4. The level of Lp-PLA2 in patients with acute coronary syndrome was different than that in stable angina group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the level of Lp-PLA2 between patients with acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina(P>0.05).5. The clinical classification of Western medicine is different in TCM syndrome differentiation type of coronary heart disease, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).6. Lp-PLA2 levels were positively correlated with WBC(P<0.05), with no significant correlation between TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, CRP, Fib and BMI(P >0.05).ConclusionLp-PLA2 was an important predicting and evaluating index of coronary heart disease. Lp-PLA2 levels were able to evaluate the activity of coronary artery lesions. There was a significant correlation between Lp-PLA2 levels and TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease. Lp-PLA2 levels were able to guide the differentiation of syndromes of coronary heart disease, providing an objective index for classifying differentiation of syndromes of coronary heart disease.
