| Objectives:The purpose of this study is to apply the theory of physique of traditional Chinese medicine to the study of endometrial polyps,and to explore the correlation between the incidence of endometrium polyps and the general situation of the patients,the living habits and the past history through the modern epidemiological investigation.The distribution types of the patients with endometrium polyps were analyzed,and the common susceptibility of endometrium polyps and the related factors were summed up to provide epidemiological reference for the diagnosis and treatment and prevention of endometrial polyps.Methods:Through consulting and summarizing the Chinese journal full text database of CNKI(CNKI),the database of Chinese sci-tech periodicals in VP information network and the literature related to endometrial polyps in the Wanfang database,and the design of 4 Gynecologists(vice chief physicians above)in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.From January 2017 to January 2018,128 cases of endometrial polyps in the Department of gynaecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were collected and selected for diagnosis of endometrial polyps in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.The patients with endometrium polyps were treated as the control group.The clinical data of two groups of patients were collected,and according to Professor Wang Qi's physique nine-point diagnostic criteria,the type of TCM Constitution of the patients with endometrium polyps had been investigated and studied.Finally,all the investigation data obtained by theinvestigation and research are arranged in the Excel-2003 worksheet by two people,and data processing and analysis are carried out by the SPSS19.0 data statistics software.results:1.A total of 256 cases were included in this study.The maximum age of endometrial polyp cases was 75 years old and the minimum age was 25 years old.The proportion of women aged 25 years old(42 cases,32.81%),35 years old(43,33.59%)was the highest in two age groups,and the average age was 40.09+ 9.82 years.2.The survey of 128 cases of endometrial polyps showed that the proportion of the 9 types of physique was not much,43(33.59%),and a part of the population(two and above),which was 72(56.25%),and also found that fewer groups were not 1 of the 9 physique.It belonged to tenth constitutions,accounting for 13(10.16%).3.In 128 cases of endometrial polyps,the total frequency of 10 physique times was 209 times.According to it,blood stasis(52 times,24.88%),Qi Stagnation(46 times,22.01%),damp heat(38,18.18%),phlegm wet(16,7.66%),and tenth kinds of constitution(not belonging to any of the 9 kinds of physique)6.22%),Qi deficiency(12 times,5.74%),Yang deficiency(12 times,5.74%),yin deficiency(10 times,4.78%),special temperament(6,2.87%),flat and qualitative(4,1.92%).4.Two yuan Logistic regression analysis was carried out between the endometrial polyp case group and the non endometrial polyp control group with statistical significance.The results suggested that 4 risk factors were induced by artificial abortion,hysteromyoma,mammary hyperplasia and breast cancer.Analysis conclusion:1.The patients with endometrial polyps have more biased constitution,and the more susceptible ones are blood stasis and qi stagnation,followed by damp heat and phlegm dampness.2.Artificial abortion,hysteromyoma,hyperplasia of mammary glands,and breast cancer are dangerous to the occurrence of endometrial polyps. |
