Objective:The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of ulcers theory as the instruction, local syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine on diabetic foot, choose stilbene ulcer oil for external use parker, observe its to qi deficiency and blood stasis type the therapeutic effect of diabetic foot ulcer wound, topical treatment of diabetic foot to provide reference for traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Using randomized controlled methods,36 cases met the inclusion criteria in patients with diabetic foot ulcer of damp heat accumulation type were divided into treatment group 18 cases and control group (18 cases). External application of oil Ulcer Dressing are adopted in the treatment group, the control group used metronidazole flush routine dressing, once a day. The observation period was 28 days. To observe the changes of two groups before and after treatment of the wound area, wound depth, granulation growth, tissue necrosis and wound exudation, pain and blood WBC, NE%, CRP content. Take photos to record the changes of ulcer surface before and after treatment with a digital camera, and calculate the wound area, necrotic area, granulation tissue area using Image J image analysis software. The data was analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.2%, the control group was 70.6%, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the area of the wound, the depth of the wound, granulation tissue, necrosis, exudation and pain, and the difference was statistically significant. The reduction of WBC and CRP in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Qibai ulcer oil head qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of diabetic foot ulcer has a good role in promoting.
