Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Anal Sinusitis With Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Sulfasalazine Colonosoluble Capsules

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with sulfasalazine colonosolubles capsules for the treatment of anal sinusitis and to find an effective treatment for the treatment of anal sinusitis clinically.MethodsSixty patients with anal sinusitis were screened,and 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were Chinese herbal combined with sulfasalazine colonosoluble capsules,levofloxacin hydrochloride cream and Compound Carraghenates.The two groups were compared with 21 days for a course of treatment,before and after treatment and after the end of the course of treatment of anal pain and fall-swell,uncomfortable feeling and other clinical symptoms,anal sinus symptoms and microscopic examination were observed and recorded,and finally statistics Analysis.ResultThe age,gender,duration of disease,symptoms and signs and other conditions of the two groups before treatment were compared,the difference was not statistically significant.In the treatment group,24 cases were cured,4 cases were improved,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.Among the 30 cases in the control group,15 cases were cured,2 cases improved,13 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 56.67%.The overall effect of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant,there was a significant difference(P <0.05).The anal fall-swell of two groups treatment effect comparison: two groups of anal fall-swell score results are expressed in `X ± s,the treatment group anus fall-swell score before treatment was 2.8 ± 0.997,after treatment was 1.37 ± 0.615;The control group anus fall-swell score of 2.77 ± 0.935 before treatment and an anal fall-swell score of 1.83 ± 0.461 after treatment.After statistical comparison,there was a significant difference(P <0.05),indicating that in the treatment effect of anus fall-swell,the treatment group than the control group.In the control group,pre-treatment and after treatment of anal fall-swell score,there was a significant difference(P <0.05),indicating that levofloxacin hydrochloride cream and Compound Carraghenates in patients with fall-swell also had treatment effect.Incomplete defecation of two groups treatment effect comparison:in the treatment group,27 cases were accompanied by incomplete defecation,23 cases were cured,while 26 cases in control group accompanied with incomplete defecation.After treatment,14 cases without defecation endless feeling.The statistical comparison,there was a significant difference(P <0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group defecate feeling better than the control group.Anal sinus pressure tenderness of two groups treatment effect comparison: in the treatment group,27 cases were accompanied by anal sinus pressure tenderness,23 cases had no anal sinus pressure after treatment.29 cases had anal sinus pressure tenderness in the control group,and 15 cases were cured.After statistical comparison,there was a significant difference(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group Anal sinus pressure pain better than the control group.Two groups of anal papillae edema or swelling treatment effect comparison: in the treatment group,24 cases with anal papillae edema or swelling,20 cases without papilledema or swelling after treatment;in the control group,22 cases with anal papillary edema or swelling,9 cases were cured after treatment.After statistical comparison,there was a significant difference(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group anal papillary edema or swelling effect is better than the control group.Follow-up results: the condition of anal fall-swell a month after the course of treatment,The anal fall-swell score of the treatment group was 1.20 ± 0.714,the control group anus fall-swell score 1.80 ± 0.664.T test was used to compare the two groups after treatment of anal fall-swell scores,which were significantly differences(P <0.05).In the treatment groups,only one of the 23 effective patients appeared again.And the degree of remission was significantly lower than that before treatment,which did not affect the life and work.The recurrence rate was 4.3%.In the control group,14 effective patients had 5 cases appeared again,the degree of treatment and before the same,the recurrence rate was 35.7%.Two groups of anal sinus tenderness follow-up:23 patients in the treatment group of patients had no reappearance of patients.In the control group,15 cases of effective had 4 cases of reappearance of anal sinus or Anal anal sinus pain,the recurrence rate was 26.67%.Two groups of anal papillae edema or inflamed follow-up,in the treatment group,20 patients had 1 patient of reappearance,the recurrence rate was 5%.in the control group,10 cases of effective patients had 5 cases of reappearance,the recurrence rate was 50%.ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine combined with sulfasalazine colonosoluble capsules can better improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with anal sinusitis.It is a safe,reliable and effective treatment.
