Purpose: By observing the curative effect of the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on the common postoperative symptoms of patients with damp-heat wading anal fistula, this subject confirms the clinical effect of the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, and provides new ideas and theoretical basis for the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for the postoperative treatment of anal fistula.Material and Methods:A total of 60 postoperative patients with anal fistula who met the inclusion criteria and were treated in the Department of Anorectal Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the external treatment group and the combined treatment group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the external treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and hip bath after operation to relieve pain and swelling, convergence and pain, and keep incision drainage unobstructed.Yixiao ointment was applied to the operation area to remove putrescence and generate muscle.Acupoint application therapy(Tongbian plaster)+TDP lamp irradiation was given to help postoperative defecation.Intravenous antibiotics were given to prevent infection in the surgical area. The combined group was treated with self-made Qingre-Zaodami decoction on the basis of the external treatment group. The specific prescriptions are as follows: Huangbai 15 g,rhubarb 10 g,raw rehmanniae 15 g,Astragalus membranaceus 15 g,Angelica sinensis 15 g,bitter bitter bitter almond 15 g,Magnolia officinalis 15 g,Cistanche 15 g,Trichosanthes fructus 15 g,Radix sylvestris 15 g,Licorice 10 g,Panax notoginseng 3g.Oral administration three times a day for 10 days as a course of treatment. The patients in the two groups were compared on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th and 10 th day after operation.Postoperative pain, perianal itching, anal edema, wound exudation, defecation, tongue pulse changes and hospital stay were observed and recorded. After collecting the data, the collected data were statistically analyzed and tested by SPSS26.0 software to evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined treatment on the common symptoms of postoperative anal fistula patients with damp-heat downward injection.Results:1.A total of 60 groups of patients were enrolled in this study, including 30 cases in the external treatment group and 30 cases in the combined treatment group. There were 47 males and 13 females. There was no significant difference in the basic information(age, gender, duration of disease)between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).2.The study found that there was no significant difference in pain, anal edema, wound exudation, perianal itching and first defecation on the first day after operation between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.The study found that the pain, anal edema, wound exudation and perianal itching of the two groups on the 3rd,5th,7th and 10 th day after operation were statistically different(P < 0.05),and the scores of the combined group were lower than those of the external treatment group. On the third day after operation, there was no significant difference in defecation between the two groups(P > 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in defecation between the two groups on the 5th,7th and 10 th day after surgery(P < 0.05),and the score of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the external treatment group.4.The length of hospital stay in the combined treatment group was less than that in the external treatment group.(P < 0.05)5.The study found that the total cure rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the external treatment group after 10 days of treatment.(P < 0.05)6.No adverse reactions such as drug allergy occurred in all 60 patients in this study.Conclusion:1.This study found that the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine have curative effect on the common symptoms of anal leakage with dampness and heat pouring down.In terms of postoperative pain, anal edema, perianal itching and defecation, the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined treatment was significantly better than that of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment.2.The hospitalization time of patients in the combined treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the external treatment group, indicating that the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of patients.
