| ObjectiveTo study the clinical curative effect of fire needle puncture for treatment of cervical vertigo caused by deficiency of blood and blood and to observe the clinical curative effect and mechanism of fire needle puncture for treatment of cervical vertigo caused by deficiency of blood and blood.According to TCM classification and symptom scores of western medicine,Treatment,explore the advantages and disadvantages of fire needle treatment of blood deficiency and vertigo,and feasibility,promote fire needle therapy.Methods1.Select the Second Hospital of Guangdong Province acupuncture and health clinics and other inpatient department of blood deficiency and neck vertigo,by observing the patient's symptom scores and related tests to determine the patient belongs to the blood deficiency virtual vertigo patients,through the use of fire needle prick And conventional acupuncture therapy.The differences between the two groups in symptom score,single symptom score and treatment efficiency were compared.SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results1.60 cases of a total of 27 males and 33 females,the youngest age of 25 years,the maximum age of 70 years;duration of up to 70 months,the shortest three months;before treatment,the two groups of gender,age,duration of disease was not Conduct statistical research.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total score of the symptoms of vertigo before treatment,which was comparable.The scores of other single symptoms in the two groups were comparable before treatment.3.There was a significant difference(t=-19.21,t=0.00<0.05)between the treatment group before and after treatment,and there was significant difference before and after treatment in the control group(t=18.28,p=0.00 <0.05)The total score of the two groups of patients after treatment increased,the symptoms improved,the difference was statistically significant;both treatment methods can improve the symptoms;after treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group(t=4.55,p=0.00 <0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups,indicating that the total score of the treatment group after treatment was improved and the total score of the control group improved after treatment,with better results4.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was better than that of the control group,and the rank sum test(z=-3.4,p= 0.001<0.05).The two groups had the same effective rate.Analysis conclusion:1.Fire needles and ordinary acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of cervical vertigo.2.From the overall effect,the fire needle than the average acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of dizziness,have a better therapeutic effect,from a single symptom,fire needle in dizziness,headache,daily life and work,the psychological effect is more Well,ordinary acupuncture in the neck and neck pain better.Further demonstration of the fire for the treatment of deficiency of blood type deficiency type vertigo treatment.3.The two treatment methods are safe and effective,and there are no bad phenomena and unforeseen circumstances during the whole treatment.4.Due to the limitation of research time,relatively few cases were collected in this study.Most patients were collected from outpatient clinics.Therefore,they can not restrict the diet,life and emotion of the patients,which may interfere with the study and affect the reliability of the study.In addition,the study course of treatment is 2 courses,about 28 days or so,the long-term effect of fire needle prick and data deficiency of blood type vertigo is not monitored,need to collect more cases and follow-up to further clarify the treatment effect.Due to the limitation of research time and conditions,I hope that in the future,we can increase the research on the mechanism of action of fire needles through animal experiments. |
