Clinical Observation Of Modification Of Yangxin Dingchuan Decoction In The Treatment Of Heart Failure Of Coronary Heart Disease Due To Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the effect of modification of Yangxin Dingchuan decoction of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the changes of TCM syndrome score,the level of plasma BNP and the LVEF value on the patients of heart failure of coronary heart disease(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type),to evaluate its clinical efficacy and provide evidence for clinical application.Methods:To choose the hospitalized patients 60 cases of heart failure of coronary heart disease(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)in two families of cardiovascular diseases in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2017.According to the random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1.There were 30 cases in the treatment group(western medicine standardized treatment combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine modification of Yangxin Dingchuan decoction),and 30 cases in the control group(western medicine standardized treatment).The course of observation was 14 days.The improvement of TCM syndrome and the changes of plasma BNP level and LVEF level were recorded in the treatment group and the control group,and the data was statistically processed.Results:1.The patients of the two groups after treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome was decreased,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients of the two groups after treatment,the single symptom and sign scores of TCM were decreased,and the treatment group was superior than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The patients of the two groups after treatment,plasma BNP levels were decreased,and the treatment group was superior than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The patients of the two groups after treatment,the LVEF values were increased,and the treatment group was superior than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Modification of Yangxin Dingchuan decoction combined with western medicine treatment can improve TCM syndrome in patients of heart failure of coronary heart disease.2.Modification of Yangxin Dingchuan decoction combined with western medicine treatment can decrease the level of plasma BNP in patients of heart failure of coronary heart disease.3.Modification of Yangxin Dingchuan decoction combined with western medicine treatment can improve the level of LVEF in patients of heart failure of coronary heart disease.
