Clinical Study Of Jin Lian Li Er Decoction In Treating Ear Swelling Of Children With Exogenous Wind Heat Syndrome

Objective: This subject is to study the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in treating children with wind and heat attack,and to observe its clinical effect,and to compare the curative effect with the oral Sinupret Drops group,so as to study the medical value of Jin Lian Li ear Decoction and provide evidence for the treatment of the disease.Method: 60 cases of children with ear distension(wind heat attack)were randomly divided into 2groups: 30 cases of treatment group,and Jin Lianli soup was added and reduced;In the control group,30 cases were given oolong horse drops orally.To compare the total efficiency and symptom and sign score of two groups of patients,observe the clinical effect and any adverse reactions of Jinlian Lear Decoction.Result: 1.in the treatment group,30 cases were observed in the treatment group,of which 5cases were clinically cured,12 cases were achieved,10 cases were effective,3 cases were invalid,3cases were dropped,the total effective rate was 90%.The treatment method could obviously reduce the symptoms and signs of the patients;in the control group,30 cases were clinically cured in 2 cases,effective 10 cases,effective 8 cases,invalid 10 cases,5 cases falling off,the total effective rate was66.67%.After testing,the treatment method can effectively reduce the symptoms and signs of patients.From the total effective rate,the oral Chinese medicine group is significantly higher than that of the control group.2.Compared with other groups,both can improve the symptoms of patients,and Jinlianli decoction can relieve earache,tinnitus,earache and swelling sensation,while hearing loss is not obvious.The symptoms of Aurora pain and auricular distension were relieved more obviously than those of tinnitus,self-hearing enhancement and hearing loss.Compared with the control group,Jinlianli decoction can obviously improve the symptoms.3.Compared with the total score of symptoms and signs in the treatment group and the control group,Jinlianli decoction can obviously alleviate the symptoms and signs of the patients,the curative effect is accurate.Conclusion: Jin Lian Li ear soup has a good clinical effect on the treatment of children with wind and heat external ear distension.It provides a basis for the special prescription of TCM.It has clinical application value and is worth popularizing.
