| The end stage of chronic kidney disease of its final stage is increasing worldwide, with its high mortality, treatment costs, awareness, low cure rate and poor prognosis, serious harm to human health and chronic glomerulonephritis rate are the most highest in all kinds of kidney disease. Traditional Chinese medicine show plenty advantages in the treatment of chronic nephritis than Western medicine:such as alleviate clinical symptoms, reduce glomerular proteinuria, prevent and delay the renal function decline, etc. To strengthen the research of TCM treatment of chronic nephritis is a great of significance. Under the information era, traditional Chinese medicine has entered the modernize evolution, facing the present mass of clinical data, computer information technology such as data mining has become a promoting factor in this process, the inheritance research of for traditional Chinese medicine play a role of the unique advantages in various areas of Chinese medicine.The purpose of this article is to through data digging methods to explore the rule of TCM treatment of chronic nephritis.Clinical research were collected base on professor Lv Renhe’s clinical data from’Three types Four syndromes treatment method’, which content203cases of patients with chronic nephritis as the data source (including the general demographic data, clinical symptoms, laboratory examination, prescription drugs, etc.) to establish database of kidney disease, which would be used as a platform, use computer digging technology focus for the relationship between chronic nephritis patients’clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome types, between clinical symptoms and prescription drug use, between the TCM syndrome types and prescription drug use and drug potential compatibility are also studied.The study found that the clinical manifestations of patients with chronic nephritis are mainly qi deficiency, and the main symptom was given priority to the kidney qi-yin deficiency and the syndrome was the blood stasis resistance in the most of it; More than four syndromes appeared. Correlation analysis results:the correlation between type results:the syndrome of blood stasis resistance has a close relationship with three types; Kidney qi-yang deficiency syndrome, kidney qi-yin-yang deficiency syndrome, respectively with blood stasis syndrome and stagnation of phlegm exists strong two-way association; Blood stasis syndrome and stagnation of liver-qi syndrome, blood stasis syndrome and stagnation of phlegm syndrome shows intimate connection; Syndrome symptoms associated with the experiment results:the main syndrome of kidney qi-yin-yang deficiency syndrome and the superficiality excess syndrome of blood stasis with mild-to-moderate microscopic hematuria, proteinuria, exists strong two-way association rules; Drug symptoms associated with the experiment results and correlation between different Chinese herbs are also be studied.The method through data digging methods to explore the law of the clinical data from professor Lv Renh‘s’Three types Four syndromes treatment method of chronic nephritis’s cases is feasible.
