| Background:CGN is one of the causes for ESRD. TCM has a strong vitality in the treatment of the disease, especially in the early and middle stage, so it’s meaningful to research TCM treatment of CGN. In today’s information age,data mining plays a role in clinical data exploration and is helpful for inheritance of experience of famous senior Chinese medicine doctors.Objective:In order to summarize professor Lv Renhe unique academic thoughts of abdominal mass of kidney collateral and verify the feasibility of data mining technology in the inheritance of experience of famous senior Chinese medicine doctors,we apply data mining technology to explore clinical data of professor Lv Renhe kidney collatera abdominal mass syndrome of chronic nephritis,meanwhile we conclude characteristics of chronic nephritis in each period and the internal relationship between symptom, syndrome and laboratory indexes.Object and Methods:We collect clinical data of294patients with chronic nephritis from May2009to October2013in renal endocrinology outpatient and ward of our hospital, then we use Microsoft office access2003software to create "kidney collatera abdominal mass syndrome of chronic nephritis database" and record information of the294patients accurately.Finally we apply software of Spss Clementine12.0.3and Spss Statistics17.0to analyze the data, such as descriptive analysis,frequency statistics and association rules.Results:1.In terms of the onset age,patients is older in the small and medium-sized abdominal mass period. In terms of the symptoms, the kidney qi-yin deficiency occurs the highest frequency in each period. In terms of the pulse condition, thin weak pulse or thready pulse often occurs in the early of CGN, and deep and thready pulse often occurs in the later. The kidney qi-yin deficiency often occurs in the micro and small abdominal mass period. The kidney yin-yang deficiency often occurs in the small and medium-sized abdominal mass period. The proportion of the blood stasis resistance is highest, followed by stagnation of liver-qi in each period. The average score of stagnation of liver-qi,the blood stasis resistance, stagnation of phlegm is higher than the other two period in the small and medium-sized abdominal mass period. The proportion of deficiency+the blood stasis resistance is highest in each period. In the aspect of the course,the kidney qi-yin deficiency has a short course, and the kidney qi-yang deficiency and the kidney yin-yang deficiency has a long course. The proportion of the blood stasis resistance is high in each stage of each period.2. The correlation of the kidney qi-yin deficiency and the blood stasis resistance is strong in each period. The correlation of the kidney qi-yin deficiency and stagnation of liver-qi is strong in the micro and small and medium-sized abdominal mass period.3. The correlation of the kidney yin-yang deficiency and the blood stasis resistance is strong in each period. The correlation of the kidney yin-yang deficiency and stagnation of liver-qi is strong in the small and small and medium-sized abdominal mass period.4.The correlation of hematuresis and the kidney yin-yang deficiency, the blood stasis resistance is strong in the micro abdominal mass period. The correlation of hematuresis and the kidney yin-yang deficiency,the kidney yin-yang deficiency, the blood stasis resistance is strong in the small abdominal mass period. The correlation of hematuresis and the blood stasis resistance, stagnation of liver-qi is strong in the small and medium-sized abdominal mass period.5. The correlation of proteinuria and the kidney qi-ying deficiency, the blood stasis resistance is strong in the micro and small abdominal mass period. The correlation of proteinuria and the kidney yin-yang deficiency, the kidney qi-yang deficiency,the blood stasis resistance, stagnation of liver-qi is strong in the small and medium-sized abdominal mass period.Conclusion:1. The abdominal mass of kidney collateral has its own characteristics in each period.We can understand Lv Renhe unique academic thoughts of abdominal mass of kidney collateral better by data mining technology,which will be usuful for our further research.2. Data mining technique can be used to study the TCM clinical data and explore the characteristics of the disease,which is helpful for inheritance of experience of famous senior Chinese medicine doctors. |
