Clinical Observation Of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction In The Treatment Of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

Purpose: This study through the observation of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea clinical curative effect observation of respiratory syndrome,compared before and after treatment of TCM syndrome,sleep apnea hypopnea index(AHI),the lowest oxygen saturation(LSaO2),the changes of BMI and in Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS),and preliminary evaluation of clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of OSAHS,provided new research ideas and theoretical basis for the treatment of OSAHS with traditional Chinese Medicine.Method: From December 2016 to May 2017,in the Affiliated Hospital of changchun University of Chinese Medicine,Department of geriatrics and pulmomary rehabilitation outpatient and area patients were selectd,72 cases of phlegm patients treated by OSAHS and traditional Chinese medicine,were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,There were 36 cases in the control group and 36 cases in the treatment group.The control group was given behavioral intervention,inclulding qiuting smoking and drinking,controlling diets,providing exercise guidance;The treatment group in addition to the behavior intervention methods,given Shengyang Yiwei decoction,one dose a day,morning and evening hours,the course of the treatment all was 3 months.Recorded the changes before and after treament of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(sleep snoring,stop snoring /apnea,daytime sleeping),sleep apnea hypopnea index(AHI),the lowest oxygen saturation(LSaO2),the changes of BMI and in Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS).Result:From December 2016 to May 2017,in the Affiliated Hospital of changchun University of Chinese Medicine,Department of geriatrics and pulmomary rehabilitation outpatient and area patients were selectd,72 cases of phlegm patients treated by OSAHS and traditional Chinese medicine,including 36 cases in the treatment group,2 cases were lost and 2 cases were cured,23 cases were effective,9 cases were non-effective,the total effective rate was 73.78%;36 cases in the control group,1 case was lost and 0 case was cured,16 cases were effective,19 cases were non-effective,and the total efficiency of45.71%,it proved that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in the observation index between the two groups(p>0.05).After the treatment,P<0.05,the symptoms?AHI?LSaO2and ESS in the treatment group were siginificantly better than those in the control group.Conclusion: The results in the treatment group,the main square syndromes?AHI?LSaO2 and BMI were better than the control group,indicating a certain effect of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of OSAHS phlegm syndrome clinical,it can alleviate patients with excessive daytime sleepiness,snoring,apnea,hypoxemia and other clinical symptoms,so as to further improve the patients the quality of life.in the near future,it must can be widely used in clinical.
