Clinical Efficacy Of Xiaozhi Liqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Phlegm-stagnation Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

Objective:Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)incidence increased year by year,and made the body heart,lungs and brain complications or multiple system organ damage.It did causes great harm to the health and life.However,OSAHS is one of the independent risk factors for the development of a variety of systemic diseases.TCM holds that the main pathogenesis of phlegm dampness evil,block the throat,lung qi,so its treatment must to regulate phlegm by the basis of the pharynx phlegmy wet the constitution,the qi and blood stasis.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2016 in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Department of respiration clinic patients with Tanshi OSAHS,adopting the research method of randomized control clinical trials.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients were divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases.To collect patients’ general information and observe TCM syndrome score with before and after treatment in patients,phlegmy wet body integral scale,ESS sleepiness scale score,AHI,lowest SaO2(%),SaO2<90%of total sleep time(%)and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:56 cases included in the standard case,41 cases were male,15 cases were female.Two groups of patients in the gender,age,course of the disease,body mass index(BMI),and other aspects of comparison,there was no statistically significant difference(P<0.05).According to Nimodipine method to evaluate the curative effect of patients after treatment,the treatment group clinical control 0 cases,4 cases were markedly effective,18 cases effectiveness and 6 cases ineffectiveness,the total effective rate was 78.57%;Control group clinical control 0 cases,1 case had marked effect,9 cases effectiveness and 18 cases ineffectiveness,the total effective rate was 35.71%;Two groups of curative effect comparison of treatment group is better than that of control group with significant difference statistically significant(Z=3.225,P=0.001,P<0.01);TCM syndrome integral comparison between the two groups after treatment,the overall improvement of syndromes in the treatment group is better than the control group;Treatment group Tanshi constitution,ESS sleepinessscale,AHI,lowest SaO2(%),SaO2<90%of total sleep time(%)before and after treatment were improved significantly with difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the index after treatment compared with control group with difference statistically significance(P<0.05);Two groups such as body temperature,heart rate,respiration,blood pressure before and after treatment no statistically significant difference were observed in the safety indexes(P>0.05);The two groups during treatment has not been found serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Xiaohan liqidecoction in the treatment of OSAHS could did both,the consistency,reduced AHI,ESS value indicators,such as raised the minimum SaO2,improved sleep hypoxemia,OSAHS clinical symptoms and patient quality of life.It is safety without adverse reactions,can be widely used in clinical.
