| Purpose:Based on the "naosui" basis,professor ZJJ proposed the methods of YisuiJiedu to treat patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment(mVCI).It is aimed to distinguish early,treat early and prevent patients from dementia.Method:72patients with mVCI were divided randomly and parallel into 2 groups,each group was 36 cases.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of age,education and sex.Treatment group was cured by self-made traditional chinese medicine granules which taken orally 3 times a day.Control group was cured by nimodipine which taken orally 30mg 3 times a day.A total of three months were taken,and the data were evaluated before 4,8,and 12 weeks after treatments.The scores of MMSE,MoCA,ADL and the evaluation of the curative effect was evaluated and judged in the two groups.Result:The results showed that MMSE was markedly effect in 10 cases,effective in 20 cases,ineffective in 3 cases and deteriorated in 3 cases,the total effective rate was 83.3%.Tn the control group,7 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 63.9%.Moca was effective in 9 cases,effective in 22 cases,ineffective in 5 cases and deteriorated in 0 cases,the total effective rate was 86.1%.In the control group,8 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 72.2%.Symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine was markedly effect in 18 cases,effective in 15 cases,ineffective in 3 cases and deteriorated in 3 cases.The total effective rate was 91.7%.In the control group,11 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,14 cases were ineffective,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 55.6%.Conclusion:The self-made raditional chinese medicine with the methods of YisuiJiedu has good clinical effect on mild vascular cognitive impairment,and the curative effect is better than nimodipine. |
