The Action Research On Nursing Mutual Help Group For Breast Cancer Patients

At present,breast cancer is one of the most important malignant tumors that threaten women's health,and its incidence is also increasing year by year.With the development of modern medicine,the cure rate of breast cancer has been greatly improved,but conventional medical treatment focuses on the treatment of the disease,that is,focusing on the disease itself,ignoring the patient's mental stress and psychological needs.This paper investigates the needs of breast cancer patients and finds that patients have greater needs in terms of emotional,economic,social,and employment needs.The establishment of patient support groups can effectively meet the diverse needs of patients,and at the same time,the development of medical social services can promote The transformation of the medical service model.This research adopts the action research method,through the use of social support theory and the hierarchy of needs in the process of cultivating patient friendly mutual aid groups,by actively mobilizing and tapping the resources of patients,so that the team members get more social support,while allowing the team members to obtain Better self-growth.The study found that patients with poor social support were more likely to participate in patient support groups,and those with stronger social support were more likely to give help to patients.The patient support groups were based on the patient's experience of mutual illness and between each other.Based on the sadness and feelings.Cultivating patient support groups is a dynamic development process.The needs of team members at each stage are different.The help provided by each other is also different.The patient support team can solve the different needs of the team members at different stages.During the establishment of the patient support group,the previous period was to satisfy the emotional needs of the patients,the establishment of social circles,and some basic life care.As the basic fixed and exchanged members of the team members deepened,members would also mutually help each other economically.Some of the stronger team members can provide employment information and opportunities for everyone.Throughout the process,the mutual help network between the members of the mutual aid team is gradually formed and the capabilities are improved.This study shows that the patient support group has played a positive role in the rehabilitation of its team members.
