ObjectiveTo provide more information for individualized treatment by analyzing the differences of clinicopathologic features in3different age groups of patients with breast cancer.MethodsRetrospectively collecting and analyzing the clinicopathologic features of316female breast cancer patients who had received treatment in the2nd Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from March2014to February2015. The316patients were divided into four groups according to the age:young-age group (less than or equal to the age of39), mid-age group (between40and59) and old-age group (more than or equal to the age of60). Detailed record and analysis the clinicopathologic data of the three groups of patients, including but not limited to tumor size, lymph node metastasis, TNM staging, hormone receptor and Her2, Ki67expression level. Statistical software adopts SPSS19.0Chinese version and statistical method adopts chi-square test. ResultsThere is no difference in tumor size, hormone receptor and pathological types in three age groups of patients with breast cancer, and there are differences in number of LN metastasis, TNM stage, histological grade, molecular classification and Her2, Ki67expression level.ConclusionThe number of LN metastasis, TNM stage, histological grade, Her2over-expression rate, Ki67expression rate is higher in young-age group, and Luminal A type is lower than other groups.
