In the context of adolescent high-risk sexual behavior, unwanted pregnancies, high levels of abortions and STDs,severe HIV episodes among young students, and concerns about young people's sexual and reproductive health(SRH)services, the current status and problems and reasons of SRH services among young students in Yunnan are studied.A questionnaire survey of 897 young students,242 school health workers and 63 student staff was conducted using literature, questionnaires, and in-depth interviews.10 young students with miscarriage experience,STD/genital tract infection, and 3 school hospitals were investigated. The results showed that 97.1% endorsed the service concept that “every gender/age/race/marriage or not,the right to sexual/reproductive health for all”,49% of school health workers and 54% of student staff voluntarily participate in sex education / Consultation / referral. There are 4 and 8 policies/strategies for youth sexual and reproductive health services in the world from 2015 to 2018 and Yunnan Province respectively. There are 12 national policies/strategies for 2011-2018.50% of the school health workers and 92.1% of the student staff said that the school has established a sex education program for young students. The number of school health workers and student staff who provided SRH counseling, referral and HIV initial screening services for young students were 55.8% and 31.7%,28.7% and 23.8%,30.2%and 4.8%,respectively.Schools provided 64.9%,24.8%,and 5.4% of contraceptives vending machines,HIV urine test kit vending machines, and oral mucosal agents,respectively.47.5% and 50.8% of school health workers and student staff indicated that the school had SRH service funds, and school health personnel and student staff received 47.5% and 82.5% of the trainers for sexual and reproductive health services.37.6% believe that SRH services exceed the work of the school doctors. The information on SRH services for young students published by the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education, the Health and Family Planning Commission, and the Family Planning Association were 1 item,10 items and 15 items respectively. The student staff said that there were 36.5%,36.5% and 28.6% of the leaders in charge of the school's sexeducation work,a clear division of labor, and a clear performance appraisal standard.Found that young students' sexual and reproductive health service providers have poor enthusiasm, discrimination, and lack of respect for young students. The division of policy responsibilities is not clear, the implementation department is single, there is no clear source of funds and assessment criteria. There are fewer schools that offer public elective courses, lack of SRH health services, incomplete health equipment, inadequate funds, and single training. The disclosure of government information is small, students are less involved, supervision and evaluation are less.Introduced adolescent sexual and reproductive health service practices and experiences in the United Kingdom,Europe,South Africa,Moldova,Estonia,San Francisco,Zimbabwe and Swaziland,Mozambique and Colombia. Finally, from the four aspects of service concept, role orientation, function conversion and control mechanism, the author puts forward the countermeasures to improve young students' SRH services.
