Taiyuan City, A Middle School Adolescent Reproductive Health Status And Influencing Factors Analysis

Objective: to investigate the currently situation of the acknowledgement in sexual health for adolescents, the affection factors on family, school and society. To provide the evidences on improving and enhancing on establish the rules, to increase on the adolescent diathesis for school and government.Method:Investigation: By cluster sampling to investigate 276 students and their parents in one high school in Taiyuan, questionnaire on the general information, acknowledge, attitude and activity of sexual health for students and their parents. Recorded score on the SPSS-12.0 data base directly, analysised and charted by SPSS-12.0 software.Result :1. It is not optimized on the current situation of sexual health acknowledge in adolescents. Under the average score are 111 students, it takes 40.3%.2. There is statistical significant (p=0.000) on the acknowledgement of reproductive health ratio and gender in adolescents.3. There is the difference between subjective and objective recourses to obtain the reproductive health knowledge. Such as 71.0% students believed in getting the credible information from school, however only 41.5% students got actually, also it descent in sequence. After X2- test, it is statistical significant on the difference between subjective and objective situation. The analogous are communication with parents, same generation, reading newspaper and scientific article, surfing on internet, watching TV, movie or video and listening radio; it is statistical significant on the difference too.4. The attitude on premarital sex, 109 students set theirs face against, which takes 39.5%.5. There are 9 affection factors on sexual health acknowledgement obtained, they are male, accurate understand in sexual information, obtained sexual heath knowledge by radio, subjective believe in the credit way to get information from parents, newspaper or scientific articles, maternal profession are protective factors. Contrarily, female, inaccurate understand in sexual information, obtained sexual heath knowledge by fiction, subjective believe in the credit way to get information from same generation, parents believed in who or the teachers are the primary educators in sexual health education, father is self-employee and others are the dangerous factors.Conclusion:1. On the current situation of sexual health acknowledge in adolescents, the male-students are better than the female-students.
