Efficacy Of Combined Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Tinnitus And Aural Fullness

Objective : Through observing the clinical efficacy and the adverse reactions of Chinese experience prescription and Western medicine in the treatment of tinnitus and aural fullness in ear diseases,we will evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese experience prescription and Western medicine in the treatment of tinnitus and aural fullness.It will provide a new thinking for the clinical therapy of tinnitus and aural fullness.Methods:Select 90 patients who met inclusion criteria and complained of tinnitus and aural fullness,and use random digits table to minute them into comprehensive group and Chinese medicine group and contrast group.35 ears of 30 patients in the comprehensive group were treated with Chinese experience prescription and dexamethasone injection and vinpocetine injection and mecobalamin Tablets.38 ears of 30 patients in the Chinese medicine group were treated with Chinese experience prescription.43 ears of 30 patients in the contrast group were treated with dexamethasone injection and vinpocetine injection and mecobalamin Tablets.90 cases were treated for 1 course with 4weeks in a course.We evaluated the severity of tinnitus and aural fullness by using tinnitus scale(TEQ)and aural fullness scale(VAS)before and after the treatment,at the same time we evaluated patients' hearing by pure tone audiometer.According to the standard of evaluation of curative effect,we observed the clinical effect after 4 weeks of treatment,and the clinical safety was analyzed and compared.Results: 1.After treatment,the total effective rates of the three groups were compared,P<0.5,the difference was statistically significant.It showed that the curative effect of the comprehensive group was better than the other two groups.2.The course of tinnitus and aural fullness and curative effect were compared among three groups of patients.It was found that the curative effect was related to the course of disease,the shorter the course,the better the curative effect,and the best curative effect ofdisease course within 3 months.3.The effect of age on tinnitus and aural fullness treatment was statistically significant.4.The results showed there are no adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group,but less adverse reactions in the comprehensive group and the most adverse reactions in the contrast group.Conclusions: 1.The research results show that the Chinese experience prescription and dexamethasone injection combined with vinpocetine injection and mecobalamin Tablets has obvious clinical curative effect on improving tinnitus and aural fullness2.When treating tinnitus and aural fullness,the shorter the course of disease is,the better the curative effect is.3.Different age group can affect the therapeutic effect of tinnitus and aural fullness.4.Chinese experience prescription and dexamethasone injection combined with vinpocetine injection and mecobalamin Tablets in the treatment of tinnitus and aural fullness without obvious adverse reaction,it is a safe and effective method which is worth popularizing.
