Most of alkaloids isolated from Fritillaria are cholestane alkaloids,the iso-cholestane alkaloids has antitussive,antiasthmatic, antibacterial, antihypertensive, sedative and analgesic effects.This topic takes Fritillaria walujewii Regel as raw material, with modern chromatographic techniques separates and purifies the chemical constituents of Fritillaria walujewii Regel, finally got 12 compounds, their structure are identified by structure and chemical properties and spectral characteristics, they are Choline(1), Sinpeinine A(2), Imperialine(3), Adenosine(4), three triethylamine hydrochloride(5), Peimisine(6), Imperialine-3β-D- glycoside(7), Sucrose(8), hupehenizioiside(9), Uridine(10), Walujewine A(11), Daucosterol(12). As a result, the compound(11) is new compound and compounds(1),(4)-(10) and(12) are isolated from this plant for the first time.Sinpeinine A(2) and Peimisine(6) as raw material, lx-3-4 and cyclopamine was prepared through acetylation, reduction,allyl alkylation, hydrolysis four steps, which lx-3-4 is a new compound, also explores a kind of low cost method of preparing Cyclopamine by Peimisine. The use of modern liquid chromatography determined Peimisine and Peiminine in Fritillaria walujewii Regel, finally developed acomplete set of quality control standard.
