META Anaysis Of Curative Effect Of Simple Cholecystectomy And Radical Resection For Stage ? Gallbladder Cancer

Objective:To compare annual survival rate and tumor recurrence rate of patients with primary gallbladder cancer(who had been infiltrated to the gallbladder muscle layer)in stage II were followed up for 1 year,3 years and 5 years after simple cholecystectomy(SC)and radical resection(RR),to explore the role of Gallbladder cancer radical resection in the surgical treatment of stage II gallbladder cancer and curative effect.Methods:By searching CNKI,Wanfang,PubMed,Embase and other databases on the two kinds of surgery in patients with gallbladder cancer survival rate and tumor recurrence rate related research.The database search time from the construction of the library until January 2018.The quality of the included studies was assessed using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS)and the effect of combining was calculated using the odds ratio(OR)and its 95%Confidence Interval(CI).Data analysis was performed using State 18.0 software.Results:19 studies were included,a total of 565 patients,Meta analysis showed that compared with simple cholecystectomy,radical resection can significantly improve patients with stage ? gallbladder cancer 1 year,3 Year and 5-year survival rates(RR = 1.25,95%CI 1.02-1.53,P = 0.000;RR = 1.40,95%CI 1.09-1.81,P =0.048;RR = 1.70,95%CI 1.16-2.51,P = 0.002).The recurrence rate of tumor after cholecystectomy was significantly higher(RR = 0.42,95%CI 0.19-0.89,P = 0.982).Conclusion:Patients with stage II gallbladder cancer,the survival rates at 1,3 and 5 years after radical resection were significantly higher than those with simple cholecystectomy,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower.
