Study On The Survival Of Secondary Hospitals In Hengyang District Under The Hierarchical Medical Treatment Model

This paper do the research on the overall Survival condition about the Second-class district hospitals in our city.It analysis of the existing problems,reasons,development difficulties and put forward feasible countermeasures.In this thesis,the author has carried out the analysis of the present situation in three Second-class district hospitals in Hengyang,realizing the changes about the hierarchical diagnosis,knowing the cognize and objective evaluation about the staff and the patients to the hospitals.It is inferred that the general conditions of healthy survival and development.According to the current circumstance,discuss on the development orientation of the hospital in the future.The research adapts the methods of documentary analysis,symposium and statistical information.Selected the original data from the statistical statements and descriptive analysis.Furthermore,do the retrospective analysis of other hospitals reform In the literature.Basic on the hierarchical diagnosis,the bigger specialized departments and the Smaller integrated is suit for three district hospitals in our city.Accurate positioning make the sustainable development of hospitals expectable.
