ObjectiveLumbar fusion is one of the most commonly used surgical methods in the treatment of lumbar diseases.Usually occurs after lumbar fusion gastrointestinal dysfunction,modern medicine is still a lack of effective method of treatment of spinal postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction,in recent years,many scholars use treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has obtained the good effect.Of this study was to clarify the champagne party combined with needle foot three mile on early recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery for lumbar fusion have positive effects,including shortening postoperative exhaust for the first time defecation time,improve the symptom such as nausea anorexia,abdominal distension abdominal pain,and speeding up the levels of gastric dynamic element,for TCM clinical treatment of gastrointestinal function after surgery for lumbar fusion disorders provide new ideas and treatment methods.MethodsIn strict accordance with the lumbar fusion surgery indications criterion-referenced,collect guangdong hospital in October 2017 to February 2018 were descending order,60 patients with double segmental lumbar fusion,were randomly divided into needle medicine,Chinese medicine group and control group,on the basis of standardized treatment after surgery,Xiangbin Fang oral medicine group combined with acupuncture needle foot three mile for intervention method,Chinese traditional medicine group oral and false hole shallow Xiangbin Fang for intervention,control group with placebo orally and false hole shallow for intervention,to observe the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with lumbar fusion the related evaluation index,and the statistical analysis after index quantification,To explore the clinical effect of the combination of champagne Xiangbin Fang and acupuncture on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after lumbar fusion.Result1.The time of the first anal exhaust and defecation was shorter than that in the control group,and the time of the acupuncture group was the shortest(23.60 ± 5.28 h,P=0.005),and the difference was statistically significant.2.With reference to perioperative evaluation questionnaire of gastric bowel function,needle medicine,Chinese medicine group and control group within 5 days after gastrointestinal function perioperative evaluation questionnaire scores higher day by day,has the time effect,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After repeated measurement of variance analysis,the score of the three groups of gastrointestinal functional evaluation scales was not statistically significant on the day of surgery and the 5th day after surgery(P >0.05);Postoperative day 1 to 4 days,three groups of gastric bowel function assessment scale score difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),needle medicine group,the score of traditional Chinese medicine group were better than control group,which the highest needle medicine group,the fastest gastrointestinal functional recovery.3.In motilin detection in the laboratory,the first day after the operation of the acupuncture group,the Chinese medicine group and the control group were all decreased,and the third day after the operation was all recovered,with the time effect and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);According to the analysis of repeated measurement variance,there was no statistically significant difference between the three groups of gastric motility before and after surgery(P >0.05);.On the third day after surgery,the differences in the three groups of motilin were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the levels of motilin in the acupuncture group and Chinese medicine group were higher than those in the control group.4.None of the patients included in the study experienced adverse reactions during the treatment period.ConclusionAfter anesthesia with general anesthesia and lumbar fusion patients,general anesthesia by using Xiangbin Fang and needle foot three mile treatment,can obviously reduce the postoperative anal exhaust,defecation time,improve the symptom such as nausea anorexia,abdominal distension abdominal pain,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery for,accelerate gastric dynamic element levels,clinical curative effect,high safety,patients are willing to accept,is worth promoting.
