Shu Kang Fang To LC Postoperative Recovery Of Gastrointestinal Function In Clinical Research

Purpose after Laparoscopic cholecystectomy,because of the changes of anatomic relationshipperation trauma,anesthesia, primary disease, inflammation, in bed, fasting,postoperative analgesia, electrolyte imbalance and other factors, can cause the enteric nervous system and gastrointestinal hormone regulation disorders, different degrees of inhibition of gastrointestinal function, resulting in gastrointestinal peristalsis weaken and disappear. The clinical manifestations of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, bowel sounds disappeared, anal exhaust defecation stop symptoms.We used preoperative use of decoction" Shu Kang Fang" on laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients treatment, through comparison of the experimental group and the control group,the research observe the clinical effect of the decoction by comparing the restoration intestinal gurgling sound,first exhaust and defecation serum gastrin value before and after operation.Method44cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for the patients was divided into the experimental group and the control group (22cases each). The experimental group:preoperative take2days continuously" Shu Kang Fang", daily1agent, twice a day. postoperative conventional treatment (including the necessary fluid resistance to infection, do not use the drug that influence gastrointestinal motility). Control group:preoperative routine treatment, postoperative routine treatment. After6hours of postoperative,monitoring bowel sound, once every2hours, until the return of bowel sounds stop record. Records of patients with first time anal exhaust defecation time. Two groups of patients check the serum gastrin three times:two days before operation (6.00am) once, operation day (6.00am) once, first days after operation (6.00am) once, sending the hospital laboratory measurement of serum gastrin level.Result The experimental group of rborygmus restoring time significantly ahead of schedule, anal first exhaust, defecation time than in the control group were also significantly ahead of schedule, two groups had significant difference (P<0.01). Surface preoperative use of "Shu Kang Fang" can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with LC. At the same time, preoperative use of’ operation Kang Fang" can make the patients after operation (1day) in serum gastrin at a higher level (↑19.73±11.65pg/ml).Conclusion Preoperative use of decoction" Shu Kang Fang", can promote gastrointestinal smooth muscle motility, improve the body within the gastrointestinal motility hormone gastrin levels, so that patients with gastrointestinal recovery time, postoperative fasting time is shortened, thereby reducing the production of intestinal adhesion, obstruction and other complications, save medical resources, reduce the economic burden of the patients.
